The cave hot tub was nice. Clean but hotel is old and musty smell. The gym was small and old. I like the two levels for the room up and downstairs and the room was on the street was nice access and easy.

The staff were nice enough. We book here strictly for the heated pool because we love the cave look and love how it’s open to the cool air above. The rooms are very small, not much room to turn around. The parkade is very tight, even with a smaller suv, however there is street parking when you can find it. We were also disappointed to find no mini fridge in the room, I didn’t even see there wasn’t one in the room listing. Every hotel I’ve stayed at has one and we brought snacks for ther baby and toddler and had nowhere to keep them cool. Lost a star for this trip because one of the beds was off of the frame and the metal frame was sticking out far enough that we kept catching our ankles on it. It was on the inside where the side table was so it wasn’t as if we could just use the other side of the bed to get in and out etc. We left note with the maid staff hoping they could maybe help when remaking the beds, but we also brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. They radioed someone but when we went back to our room at the end of the day, nothing had been done but the bed had been made.

Friendly staff, clean room and unique hot tub area!

Friendly, helpful staff made our visit enjoyable. We booked a king 1-bedroom suite and the layout was perfect for our 5-night stay. Hot tub was perfect. This hotel is the third one in the ski bus stop, so we never ran into a problem making it in the bus and didn’t have a long wait for other stops on the return. Hotel is a bit dated, but it was very clean and beds were comfy.

The staff at the front desk were awful. Just one in particular who I believe is the supervisor according to his name tag. We called to see if we could get an early check in and had the nicest person on the phone who said we could but then when we arrived this guy was so rude and seems very annoyed we asked for one. Once in our room we called down to ask if there were towels down by the pool and he was very annoyed with our question, horrible horrible customer service and we won’t stay again.

Clean room, friendly staff...only problem was our room was located in a noisy area. Am not sure what is on the other side of room 207 connecting door but whatever it is sure kept hearing door banging and people talking. Other than that it was not bad. The hot pool is neat as it is uniquely designed to imitate a hot spring.

The suite is spotlessly clean. I really enjoyed the grotto spa and the overall attentive attitude of the staff from the front desk, wait staff at Chili’s and everyone we’ve interacted with.

Loved everything about our room except for the beds. They sounded like plastic every time someone moved.

Kids have a good time in the hot pool. Good amenities.

Quaint atmosphere with fireplaces burning real wood in the outdoor area, the lobby and the restaurant!! Great hotel service. Very helpful staff. The spa was amazing!!! Great food at the restaurant for breakfast.

Everyone was nice and it was a fun visit!

Wonderful Place to Stay. Very Clean and i enjoyed the Hot Tub the most. will stay there again on our nxt ski trip

Ok if you like to hear your neighbourhood stomping around above you and listening to them go for a pee a shower flushing, the toilet. And talking. yeah amazing night stay not! Never again.

Everything was perfect

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s amenities and location were excellent.

Room was ok, a bit outdated. The hottub was great but a bit cramped when there are more then 10 poeple are using it.

Toaster/fridge not working/both had to be replaced/deep clean needed and maintenance very poor
