Clean room, we liked how the rooms were individual and you entered from the outside! it was a really busy week in Banff yet it was a super quiet hotel and we were never disturbed! The hot tub was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The hot pools were warm but not very hot like advertised and the jets didn’t work when we were there, that was the main reason we booked that hotel. Also our room had big water stains on the roof, which wasn’t very to see!
Feel we paid to much for what we got in the end

A good solid visit. Rooms are very small but conveniently located close to downtown banff. Ski shuttles were regularly outside. Shower and pipes were VERY loud. You cannot sleep through it and the walls were paper thin as well. The Hot Pool was neat but much smaller than the photos and the sauna wasn't kept very hot either. Staff were nice enough and always available however, they didn’t seem very knowledgeable on any local activities or sights to see this time of the year. Mostly got redirected to available brochures, without much input.

Suite was very dated and walls are thin. You can hear everything. Also not very accessible if you have children/a stroller. No access into the hotel from the suite. Staff are okay.

The rooms are starting to feel really dated and worn down. The tap in our sink would not shut off. The toilet made a huge bang when you flushed it. The guests in the room above us were banging around all night.
No towels at the hot tub both times we went down.
Over all the only thing we enjoyed about this hotel was the amazing hot tub, though the jets were only working in 2 sections of it. Extremely overpriced for what it is.
