Good overall Staff were all great !

Suite was very dated and walls are thin. You can hear everything. Also not very accessible if you have children/a stroller. No access into the hotel from the suite. Staff are okay.

Hot pool

Nice room, a little small, but great for a 2 night snowboarding getaway.

The rooms are starting to feel really dated and worn down. The tap in our sink would not shut off. The toilet made a huge bang when you flushed it. The guests in the room above us were banging around all night. No towels at the hot tub both times we went down. Over all the only thing we enjoyed about this hotel was the amazing hot tub, though the jets were only working in 2 sections of it. Extremely overpriced for what it is.

Very clean, and a great hot tub.

The room layout of the superior 1 bedroom was great for a family. The front desk staff were very nice. The hot tub was beautiful.

Quick trip to Banff and stayed at The Fox. Pros: free bus pass, shuttle if you’re going to the hill, nice grotto hot tub area, friendly staff and easy check in/out. Cons: room wasn’t overly clean when we arrived (floor at entrance dirty, fuzz on ceiling in bedroom by vent which was causing me to sneeze, get stuffed up. Maid came at 9:30, we were getting ready so we said we would be gone by 11 and she said she’d come back. We got back to room at 3:30 and maid had not returned. She came back around 4 so we said don’t bother. The TV’s are not smart TV’s so you have to rely on crappy cable TV :( A TV upgrade to smart TV’s would be nice! Otherwise, stay was good

Room was clean and the Hotel was quiet. Pool area was also clean and tidy.

GREAT STAY!!!

The room was nice but quite small. It did not have a mini fridge which was inconvenient.

Wasn’t informed of the underground parking when checking is was told to not move car out on the road. Not informed of the breakfast discount. Never had towels in the pool area always had to call for more.

The room was fine and the grotto is cool. But the place is very noisy. Our room had a door that attached to the walk up rooms from the outside and we could hear them all night. We could also hear people walking at all hours and slamming their doors since the doors all face into a courtyard. For the amount of money I would stay somewhere a bit newer that is likely quieter. It was a mom weekend away and I slept worse than I do with the kids around.

Clean room, we liked how the rooms were individual and you entered from the outside! it was a really busy week in Banff yet it was a super quiet hotel and we were never disturbed! The hot tub was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here!
