The rooms were clean and having a duplex helped with kids have their little hang out space. Also the hotel is located centrally to all shopping and dining places. Definitely would recommend staying at this place.

We’ve stayed here several times and love it.

Courteous staff. Discourteous/selfish pickup truck owners in the underground parkade - these vehicles should be parked on the street.

The double rooms are quite small. No refrigerator. All the rooms are open to the outdoor, so can be quite cold (depending on when you go) when you are going from room to anywhere in the hotel. The cave hot pool is nice and is the reason why we booked here.

Charming, Cosy Hotel in great location. Beautifully decorated and amazing Grotto w Dry Sauna and Workout Facility. Chili’s Restaurant is beside the lobby. We would highly recommend and will return

Front staff was great, location and bus passes were awesome, and the resort was beautiful. Our room was very small, it was hard to negotiate the space with everyone’s bags but the price was good and it was a concession we were willing to make. The room was pretty clean, although there were hairs in the bathtub- we find that’s sadly very common in hotel rooms. Hot caves were excellent but change in your room, it’s quite limited down at the facility.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Friendly staff, amazing lobby and underground hot tub with skylight. Cozy rooms.
