Front Desk (Ken) excellent service

Amazing stay, such a cool hot pool concept. it's just the door key barely works. Everyone was helpful and nice. Recommended

Lighting in room was not good, especially in the bathroom. Hot tub water was very merky. People next door partied until 5am. We reached out to mention we just got engaged and was spending our special weekend with them. They responded and said they would make our stay extra special. Nothing special done and didnt even mention anything at check in. I have stayed multiple times and this wasnt a great stay.

Great place highly recommended. Used hot tub and there were dirty towels everywhere but no clean ones-made a request for towels but they never came-a patron took some the last few the other sexes change room. There should be a telephone so one can call the front desk directly instead of walking out in the cold with no towel

The room was small but clean. Beds were comfy but rooms were lacking refgrierator and microwaves, which in current day and world are both quite standard room amenities. Front desk guy was energetic and kept on trying to sell us an upgrade. The highlight of our trip was the hot pool. The hotel overall needs a few touches of maintenance. For instance the light in pool had fallen out onto the floor with a large cable protruding out seeming very unsafe, dry sauna didnt heat up properly...etc

They staff is amazing as well as the room was immaculate definitely love staying at the Fox hotel will be back soon

Hot tub was amazing its one if kind! Kid enjoyed it. Room was bit small and it would be better if there’s a microwave available in the room.

Dated and the walls are very thin. I was up most of the night as room next to me were up partying all night.

Great hotel with awesome amenities but the room and furnishings are starting to show there age.

Nice room but very small bathroom (forget being two in there) Gas fireplace is really nice.

The customer service was very, very good, the staff attention was excellent, and the restaurants inside, including the franchise, were also excellent. The only negative thing I can mention is that the room was very small and didn't have a refrigerator.

Great condo, great location! We need maintenance once during the stay and they were very quick to respond.

Very friendly welcome, lovely 'resort' style hotel. Rooms good and bed comfy. Plenty of parking and a short walk to the main shopping/restaurant area.
