I liked that is a very family friendly resort. I enjoyed the many restaurants. And the super calm beach.

La instalación es antigua pero está buena. El servicio no muy bueno. Principalmente en el bar de la piscina y algunos restaurantes. El todo incluido no es todo incluido. Solo tienen cerveza XX Lager se acababan las bebidas y no habían más. El buffet no tenía mucha variedad.

The rooms are dirty. The showers are awful and the leak at the fossilt. The buffet har too cold food so I did not eat it. I did not want to get sick. The sound proof rooms is a joke. Mould under the bed and the bed is broken .

Well the front desk was rude and after telling them about our horrible day and all we wanted was to rest .. they gave us a old room that was falling apart the AC did not work and everything broke , so it took them 3 hours to get us a decent room.. we then went to there seafood restaurant where being black was a problem, we were the first to be seated and the last to get served ..

My room had plastic stuck in the sheets, which made it feel like they hadn’t been properly cleaned before I arrived. The food was also disappointing—I honestly ended up eating just pineapple the entire time. I tried a few dishes, but nothing really met expectations.

I really like that there is always events going on, the beach and pool area was very clean and beautiful.

This was our second time great place for kids and family

When checking the receptionist was really rude to us . She tried to get me to pay extra money as adult for my 15 year old daughter . When I asked for a manager she told me to walk to the next property and there I could find one . I have been to this resort. Wrote so I knew this was not true . Finally she got a manager and they fixed the issue but she was still rude to me. Finally getting into the room it had a bad smell and room was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the place . The phone didn’t work so I had to go all the way back down and get a different manager. They moved me to another property which was not idea . Once getting there the smell again was bad bathtub was not functional . I was tired of complaining so just let my kids go have fun . I don’t think I will go back again

Traslados cortos, ambiente agradable, y un detalle excelente de tener una cafetería

Los trabajadores nunca saludaban la comida y bebidas no tenías el sabor esperado los meseros no eran lo suficientemente atentos(considero que como ya es todo incluido ya no hay motivación pero igual fui consiente en dar propina)

Last year that I came it was really nice with my son this year. I brought more family and it was a very disappointing. The room was nothing like the one I had the previous year. The food was very poor quality this time around and the room that they gave me was very poorly and I kept complaining to the manager at the front desk About the water smell of it. It’s smell like rotten egg and nothing was done about it.

The staff was courteous and professional, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, the room was only adequate, with a few noticeable issues. The shower head was taped to prevent it from falling, and the bed was extremely hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The food was another significant disappointment. Many dishes at the a la carte restaurants lacked flavor or were overly salted, and some had strange, unpalatable flavors except Cocoa Restaurant, that one was the most decent one. Worst of all, we experienced food poisoning on our last day at the resort. Despite feeling unwell, we proceeded with our scheduled layover in Mexico City the next morning. Unfortunately, my wife's condition worsened, and we had to hire an IV therapy agency to help her recover. This was the worst experience we have ever had at any hotel or resort. We strongly advise against staying here.
