Hotel was smelling funky and front desk people were rude and unhelpful. We call them to check the AC since the room was too hot and no one ever came

Très belle accueil, la chambre était propre. Les spas étaient en rénovation et c’était pour cette raison qu’on avait choisi l’hôtel. De plus, l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas bien alors très chaud dans la chambre.

C’est un bon rapport qualité-prix, qui sera encore meilleur quand l’espace spa sera réouvert.

L’air climatisé faisait un bruit d’enfer alors on nous a changé de chambre qui était plus ancienne que la première, nous étions le long d’une rue où il passait tout le temps des personnes à pied qui regardaient par la fenêtre, alors pas vraiment d’intimité

Les toilettes étaient bouchées. Un homme de maintenance est allé voir pour nous dire que tout était beau, mais rien n'avait changé ! Ils nous ont transférés dans une autre chambre, car je leur ai dit que rien n'avait changé, mais l'homme de la maintenance m'a regardé avec un air comme si je mentais. Les bains à remous étaient fermés... très déçu. Côté propreté, c'était bof. Je n'ai vu aucun petit déjeuner. Pour le prix très décevant

J’ai reserver l’hotel pour faire du spa et sauna mais rien n’est indiqué que le spa et sauna est disponible

Ce qui nous a déplu: l’écho des clients dans les corridors, leur circulation bruyante dans les couloirs dans la soirée, la nuit et le matin, à leurs entrées et sorties des chambres, les tapis des escaliers et des couloirs étaient tachés. Le strict minimum dans les chambres, pas de verre à eau. Pas de fenêtres donnant sur l’extérieur dans notre chambre. La thermopompe bruyante et la température lumineuse de l’appareil qui a éclairé la chambre toute la nuit.

The lobby was bright and clean, the staff was reasonably friendly and the room was mediocre at best. The thing that kinda threw me off was that the hallway leading from the lobby to the room was absolutely disgusting. It was dark, dingy, smelled bad, and had stains all over the carpet and walls. The room itself seemed clean enough, but it was difficult to feel clean after walking down that hallway. Had I not been travelling with my parents, I probably could have overlooked it, but after walking that hallway my parents were so put off that I felt uncomfortable knowing that they were justifiably uncomfortable.

Overall my stay is pleasant. The location is convenient and there’s a parking space.
