Staff

While the hotel was beautiful, the housekeeping staff left a lot to be desired. We stayed for a week and only had a room picked up twice. My son got chocolate on sheets on the first day and they remade the bed with the dirty sheets on it. We had to ask for towels 4 times. We had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper twice. Washcloths weren't replaced either. The pullout bed is NOT meant for sleeping. My 11yr old actually decided that it was so springy (you could see the springs) that we put the couch back together and he slept on that instead for the week. We asked for more blankets, because that bed was not made with a thick blanket and never received one. We bought one at the local Walmart after asking twice. The parking lot was not cleaned well even though there was a couple feet of snow. We are from cold weather so it didn't bother us, but the fact that we were bringing in snow/ice/snow melt and no one cleaned the hotel room floors was gross. We ended up make shifting a broom and sweeping ourselves and then wiping down the floors with wet towels.

Les airs communes sont malpropres. Le coût du déjeuner est exorbitant. Il faut en plus débourser des frais pour voir le musée. Fausse publicité sur le site internet par rapport aux activités offertes sur le site de l’hôtel. Décevant. Voyage familial.

Staff was phenomenal, great bar tender and the pet friendly hotel was a huge hit with our girls. Wish we would have brought our dog.

One of Quebec’s best kept secrets!

Very clean rooms!! Staff was lovely, friendly & patient ! Bar area and lobby very inviting - fire added ambiance. Peaceful by River. Museum attached was fascinating- great history and exhibits of Wendak history and culture!

Our go to when we visit Quebec…. Special atmosphere… can’t wait to go back.
