Very helpful staff

The carpet was soaked and mildewed. Front desk staff didn't offer solutions. Several of my personal items were ruined.

Extremely small lobby, room and elevator! Due to renovation, breakfast is served at a nearby so so crêperie. More like a 3 star hotel.

The location was great for easy access to shops, restaurants, and sites of interest. The desk concierges were responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, there was construction in and around the hotel. The one tiny elevator was used by cleaning staff, and workers blocked the stairwell. Overall, though, a beautiful boutique hotel. No AC, but the windows did open.

Amazing stay at Hotel La Lapin de Blanc! The hotel was clean, cozy, and very charming. The staff were outstanding—super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lia at the front desk who made check-out so smooth and kept our luggage safe. We also enjoyed a simple but delicious breakfast at Crêperie Elo & Coffee Shop, where the girl who served us was so nice and genuine. Truly a great experience, we’d definitely come back!

Property was being renovated but otherwise was quite nice. Would gladly come back.

Lovely place

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very cute and bed was comfortable. The macarons set out in the room with the "Eat Me" tags for our arrival was a very thoughtful. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Hotel room was small but very cute and clean. Staff was great as well. There was some construction happening in the hotel that was a bit noisy, and had the hallway and stairwell floors covered for protection.

The staff were terrific, the hotel is lovely and it is in a great location, but it would have been nice to know in advance that construction is taking place. The breakfast was very good but the room is tiny. My only complaint would be that the shower floor is pretty slippery. Take care!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is so very convenient. Walkable and taxis always available too. We would definitely give it 5 stars and would go back again!!

Excellent location for getting around with bus metro and train near by. Lots of restaurants around around as well. Staff was very nice and friendly. They were doing renovations during our stay so some noises during the morning but we were out most of the day so didn't effect us.
