1. The hotel entrance/lobby is in renovations. This wasn’t mentioned before booking in a notable way.
2. Due to that, there was no breakfast service, so instead of the one free breakfast to status holders, they provide vouchers to a creperie outside. Nice effort but not the same
3. The staff was friendly but all in all feels like they are not into the effort of hospitality. One day the cleaning staff did not leave any toilet pape. In another day we came back after midnight and the door was locked. We rang three times with no answer so I called by phone and the night guy came and claimed we didn’t ring the bell because “you need to push the button a few seconds”. We asked for late check out, they gave us one hour and were willing to give 2 more hours for 60 euros. All though the hotel seemed pretty empty that time. No disasters, just the feeling that the hotel is aiming for the minimum. Sorry guys.
