The location is great. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. Room was very clean with fresh linen smell, beds are comfortable. We will definitely come back.

They did not honor the full breakfast and instead gave only one person in the room a crepe and coffee at a nearby creparie. I provided my confirmation which states one full breakfast per person and the manager said it was wrong.

Our stay at LLB was a great stay! Close to everything and lots of shopping and dining options close by. The metro was also very accessible and it’s walkable to the Notre Dame and Luxembourg Garden. The only downside here is that the hallway kind of smells like bird poop lol but the rooms are nice.

Very convenient for all public transportation. Also extremely walkable area. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Shopping is everywhere. Room was very clean. Delightful staff

The room needs some real thorough cleaning, including the grouts in the shower which shows age and molds. We were SUPRISED when we learned that the breakfast room is under renovation and we had to walk to a nearby restaurant to get our prepaid breakfast. Highly inconvenient. Unfortunately, next door there was/is a construction going on and all they the jackhammer noise was more than annoying. Saturday night one of the neighbor had a party till midnight with ear-piercing loud music. The staff was very nice. We stayed in this hotel a few years ago and really enjoyed it, not this time. If I would know all of these issues in advance I would not stayed there.

Centrally located. Great stuff. They’re doing some painting on our stay but managed to keep the place clean. Special mention to the young gentleman in the reception and Ms. T. ( I forgot her full name) She has the sweetest smile and pleasant to talk. These two did a good job in helping their guest.

Accueil sympathique et attentionnée, chambre agréable même si assez petite. Deco très charmante, par contre pas de sèche cheveux, douche qui coule par le pommeau et la pomme de tête sans que l’on puisse modifier la configuration. Impossible d’accueillir une deuxième personne pour la nuit

Quelle déception ! Limite honteux. Étant membre gold sur hotel com, je beneficiais de certains avantages comme arriver plus tôt, partir plus tard, un verre de coktail offert, un surclassement et le petit déjeuner offert. Je n'ai rien eu de cela. Deux jours avant, je téléphone pour prévenir de mon arrivée. Ici, le personnel n'a même pas anticipé les avantages et n'ont aucunement ajusté ceux-ci pour pallier à tous les manquements puisque je n'ai pu bénéficier d'aucun avantage, chose que font des hôtels concurrents par exemple. Évidemment, ces privilèges sont sous couverts de la disponibilité et il se peut que certains manquent mais là ! L'integralité ? On nous avertit par mail, alors que J'avais telephoné la veille, que le petit déjeuner se prendra dans une crêperie située a 200 mètres où nous auront droit à une formule express avec en tout et pour tout 2 crêpes et une salade de fruits ou l'hôtesse des lieux ne parle pas français et où le menu nous est donné en anglais. Si nous voulions le petit déjeuner continental. 1 seulement était offert. Il nous faut rajouter 19 euros pour la personne numéro 2. La encore je pense qu'un geste aurait pu être fait. Le personnel est poli, agréable mais peu professionnel au même titre que la direction. En guise de coktail de bienvenue nous avons deux boissons offertes du minibar type eau pétillante ou soda et quand nous souhaitons prendre une demie bouteille de champagne il nous faut 4 appels pour au final ne rien obtenir

Great stay in a convenient part of town near the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame and the Luxembourg Garden. Staff was very kind and helpful, would stay here again.

The room itself was comfortable and nice. Cannot fault the location. However, the shower was slightly weird as placed in the middle of the room. Went to have a bath and the main rain shower drips as you have the bath flowing. The hotel is under significant renovation. Felt like a CSI episode as the walls were covered in plastic due to painting ongoing. I’m sure it will be nice once renovation is finished, however I would not have stayed here if I’d known how much renovation was being done. I think the room should have been far cheaper in price considering the awkwardness of manoeuvring around workmen to get into your room everyday. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Oh, and there was no breakfast room either due to work being done
