Each person at the front desk was delightful and very helpful. Loved the location and access to all the best Paris has to offer. It is a boutique hotel, so the room was small. The WIFI was a little spotty but my phone always worked fine. Loved being offered afternoon tea! Lovely pastries and fresh cafe!

This boutique hotel is easy to walk right past but it's made up for by it's interior. It's underlying theme is Alice in wonderland suggested in its clever decor. Our room for three was quite large and comfortable and the street view was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Any future stays in Paris will definitely be spent here.

Localização e atendimento, sensacionais. Perto de tudo. Andamos por Paris até tarde da noite. Quando não voltávamos a pé, usávamos o Bolt que é o Uber ou o Tuctuc que é uma moto com cabine. Show. No hotel as meninas da recepção são uns amores. Sempre tentando nos entender sem falarmos uma palavra em francês e nem inglês hehehe. Aventura. Foi demais!

Location is terrific. Expedia VIP got us only 1 breakfast. Staff was fine. However, I felt like i was in a maze and the room reminded me of a fun house at an amusement park. Not ideal in an upscale hotel. Enjoyed other hotels in the area much more in past.

No calificaría este hotel con 4 estrellas , el costo que pagué por la habitación fue excesivo en relación precio calidad. La ubicación muy buena y la atención del personal fue excelente. Pero la habitación necesita reformas está muy descuidada y no corresponde a lo que muestra la foto , las almohadas y la cama no son cómodas. Creo que por el costo se puede conseguir algo mejor para hospedarse. Los felicito porque el personal es sumamente amable pero necesitan darle mantenimiento a las habitaciones lucen descuidadas , no había acondicionador ni crema para el cuerpo.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is perfectly located in the Latin Quarter which is a short walk to Notre Dame, Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and more. Many restaurants a short walk away. Just as important as the location was the great service we got from every employee we dealt with. Every question or request we had was quickly taken care of. Highly recommend!

It was a good experience.
The service at the hotel was excellent, everyone was very helpful.
I would like to point out just a few interesting improvements: adding a trash can next to the bathroom sink and adding a support so that it is possible to place hygiene items, such as soaps and shampoos, in the shower area.

Shower did not work, toilet had issues. Key to get in did not work. Charged my credit card without authorization. Would not remotely recommend this hotel. Horrible experience

This was a great stay! We had a balcony on our room which allowed us to get some sunlight and fresh air. The bed and pillows were so unbelievably comfortable that it ensured a great night’s sleep each night, especially when we needed it most, after long days of travel and tourism. The breakfast was sufficient and a great way to start our day. The staff was lovely and friendly and the hotel was conveniently located by the River, a grocery store, public transportation, and Norte Dame. Overall a perfect stay at a reasonable price!
