Though staff were friendly, we were disappointed in the property itself. It was rated as a 4 star hotel and we have stayed in many 4 star properties; this was a 3 at best. The room was much smaller than expected, the safe didn’t work, the mattress was poor quality, and overall the room did not offer any amenities typically associated with 4 star hotel. We were also not informed that the kitchen was closed with construction in progress at the property despite the fact we had breakfast included with our room.

Newly renovated hotel in a great location. Cozy and comfortable. Only downside is that there is no proper lobby. And the shower door in my room wasn’t sealed properly so the floor got all wet!

We recently stayed at Le Lapin Blanc and overall had a very good experience. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for Paris, and the bathroom was a great size. The staff was excellent—bilingual, very friendly, and always helpful. There were a few downsides. The lobby is extremely small and can feel cramped if more than a couple of people are there at once. While I liked the bathroom overall, I wasn’t a fan of the plastic, “porta potty”-style toilet (just a personal preference). The biggest issue was the elevator. It is extremely tiny—so small that my family of three with carry-on bags exceeded the weight limit. It also triggered claustrophobia for me, so we ended up taking the stairs for the rest of our stay, which was tough after long days of sightseeing. That said, the location is excellent—the room is well air conditioned and it’s an easy walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and other attractions.

Great location and friendly staff, there are bus stops and the metro is nearby. The rooms are comfortable and cute. The lobby is undergoing construction, but there are many cafes nearby with delicious croissants and good food We would come back from a long day and the rooms are clean with a mini treat. We had a wonderful stay at Le Lapin blanc. When we arrived we were welcomed very warmly and the room was fabulous. I’ve never seen such a big bath in all my life! The location is great, close to plenty of shops and restaurants and the beautiful Jardin de Luxembourg is almost right across the road. The room was spotlessly clean and we could not have asked for anything more. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

While the room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, the overall arrival experience was disappointing. I was alarmed to find the hotel exterior boarded up and covered in graffiti due to construction, which had not been clearly mentioned in the reviews. Traveling with a teenage girl, that made me feel uneasy right away. There was no real seating area upon arrival, the lift was extremely small and could barely hold two people, and construction tape seemed to be everywhere. The constant banging noise beginning early in the morning also took away from the experience. I also wish someone had explained that the key card had to be inserted to turn on the lights, as that was confusing at first. On a positive note, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the tub was wonderfully large for a relaxing bath, the location was excellent, and the staff was helpful.

I was alarmed to find the hotel exterior boarded up and covered in graffiti due to construction, which had not been clearly mentioned in the reviews. Traveling with a teenage girl, that made me feel uneasy right away. There was no real seating area upon arrival, the lift was extremely small and could barely hold two people, and construction tape seemed to be everywhere. The constant banging noise beginning early in the morning also took away from the experience. I also wish someone had explained that the key card had to be inserted to turn on the lights, as that was confusing at first. On a positive note, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the tub was wonderfully large for a relaxing bath, the location was excellent, and the staff was helpful.

Muy buen servicio el del hotel, está súper céntrico, así que puedes hacer muchas cosas caminando y estaciones del metro disponles a poca distancia !!! La habitación muy limpia y el personal de la recepción súper dispuesto a apoyarte!!!!

Staff, hotel and location are great for investigating Paris. One thing, towels and robes could do with being slightly bigger, other than that excellent and cant wait to stay again.
