Resort was overall good. Lots of small issues that were frustrating - such as having the wrong name linked to our room and requiring 3 visits to customer service to fix. Toro restaurant was the best in quality, reservations fill up fast though. Zen hibachi was also good. A couple small maintenance issues in the room, maintenance was quick to show up, though required more than one visit…Unfortunately one of the visits also came at 10:30pm when the kids were already in bed. Transportation coordination was a pain and required calling and waiting on hold a few times - called advising of a flight delay and yet no pick up to be found when getting to the airport. All in all a good trip, just have to be able to go with the flow and not get frustrated with the small things.

The property is enormous, which means you need to walk to get anywhere. It is extremely hot and too hot to walk to the pools to the lobby or to the beach. They have tram cars that you have to wait 15 minutes for in the heat. They don’t have enough garbage cans to throw your trash in so there’s trash everywhere especially on the beach. They put pork in all of their food even added to their pasta so if you don’t eat pork like me be prepared. Also, they play very loud music in the lobby when you’re trying to talk to people who don’t speak English well so you can’t hear what they’re trying to tell you and it’s important.

The Marketplace could use more food preparing areas. The area around the grill has a wait of more than 10-15 minutes because more staff was needed.

Great hotel for the family

I liked the food and drinks. The staff were amazing. The only thing that needs improvement is hiring more staff so the lines won’t be long.

Amazing Vacations....

Our was wonderful. Food were excellent. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. There’s lots of amenities to use to spend time. Highly recommended!

Little attention, very poor food, terrible, I won't come back again

Very crowded, we ask for a room change and the front desk said at 5 pm our room was going to be ready and it was ready at 9 pm the room was not in good shape the bath tub was broken, the towels smelled like gasoline the tv didn’t work,we called the front desk and no one answered so we had to go to the lobby and it was a very long walk since the hotel is so big. The staff very friendly and nice, the food was good and abundant, nice environment.

Bad staff and service at times that ruin stay

The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable beds! Great for families, lots to do! Although not a part of the all inclusive package the kids played laser tag, bowling, and experienced the surf pool. As part of the all inclusive they loved the lazy river, water park and ice cream shop!! The kids club had a trampoline park (need jump socks) and they loved it. The beach is absolutely stunning, white sand and clear water! The staff was courteous and animated. Guedy and Humberto were great at check in!! Tip- rent a golf cart in advance! Huge property and although they have trolleys every 5 min nobody wants to wait! Highly recommend for families!!
