Beds were terrible we had 2 single twins so not comfortable i woke up on the first night with awful back ache like never before I could of cired when I woke up. My mum has fibro all her bones where hurting her when she got up they put extra mattress topper on but didn't make any better I had to sleep in the chair that was more comfortable when complaining the lads didn't understand it was the manager we will not be staying at hilton hotel again it was very disappointing

A very good hotel and great value for money

Very nice hotel. Even had air conditioning for the hot summer weather. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Amelia our bartender was superb. Very friendly and extremely helpful.

AC was working so we stayed here. Moldy grout in shower. Room service was good and meal was good. Ice machine handy.

Asked for early check in but never shown any interest at all - pushed back big time. Customer service seems not in the agenda at all. Mini fridge in The room was leaking and bathroom sink had blockage issue…not sure if this ever get checked once guest had departed??

Stay was ok. First of all, the staff, Mya at front desk was exceptional! She deserves the world. Outstanding so please recognise her. Sadly, shortly after we checked in on xmas eve, the hotel had a power cut which lasted approximately 6hrs. This was very frustrating to have no power for so long, couldnt even charge phone or have light on. Complete darkness. Mya was excellent tho and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible considering. She had so much empathy and warmness. Will revisit for her service.

The hotel itself was excellent, but the stay was marred by a large group of Londoners who allowed their children to run out of control during dinner and up to midnight, with no consideration for other guests.

Beautiful hotel, nice staff

The staff were great, the rooms were clean & comfortable and the food (dinner and breakfast) was very good. To make it even better, it was only 1 mile away from where i had to go with work. Great stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area next.

Staff great breakfast amazing loved the stay

Rooms very good, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Staff at front desk weren't exactly friendly but were efficient. Staff in restaurant were helpful and cheery. Steam room and sauna werent very clean but pool was nice.

Stayed 1 night for works do, bed very comfortable, shower good, didn’t have breakfast
