The room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotel was beautifully kept. The river terrace was impressive (although the weather was not brilliant for us - not the hotel’s fault!). Ample parking and well located for a short walk into town.

Beautiful old hotel in a lovely position in Ribedeo. Make sure that you upgrade to the rooms with a river view, it is we worthwhile. The dining room and bar are very good with the same views. Friendly and helpful staff. It is one of a chain of hotels which sound like they are always good quality and located in interesting buildings.

Comfortable room with lovely enclosed balcony with fantastic views across the river and also gave an interesting insight into the freighters being loaded on the docks below. Very helpful receptionist, efficient and helpful restaurant staff. Lovely dinner and a pretty good breakfast, but the eggs are pre-cooked here, which means the go rather solid and dry (strange, as virtually all other Paradores that we have stayed in, offer freshly cooked eggs?). Also the chairs are very strange with what feels like a large spring forcing you upwards? But a lovely Parador overall!

Excellent room. We had to pay to upgrade to a sea view but worth it.

This Parador is immaculately clean. We paid for a sea view and it was worth it. Even had a separate area to sit and watch the sea. Secure parking massive bonus and it was free. Lovely welcome from staff.

LARGE ROOM WITH BALCONY WITH VIEW, POSSIBLY SOUND PROOFING BETWEEN ROOMS COULD BE IMPROVED. SUPERB DINNER.

Large comfortable room with nice view.

Stay was good. Central to main town. Disappointed when they said they had satellite tv as I was expecting at least to be able to get a couple English speaking channels even if it was just news programming. I know it is Spain but for a 4 star hotel I was disappointed in that regard

Parking was plentiful, and staff was super friendly. and professional. only problem having to take steaks to go to the room, and we had large luggage

Lovely room with enclosed seating area on balcony and large splendid bathroom. Elegant bar and dining area. Very friendly helpful staff.

Interesting views over harbour and estuary. Easy walking to town area, but cafes and restaurants don't open until late evening for dinner which is normal for non-tourist areas in Spain. Supermarkets available on the outskirts of town. Mountain areas accessible by road. Great breakfast choice and service excellent.

The view of the river was spectacular, the room and solarium were spacious, walking was very relaxing . I would definitely recommend this lodging and would return.
