Great hotel. Lovely rooms, and the staff are top tier - friendly and really helpful. Couldn’t ask for more

Our room on the 9th floor was clean and spacious but the bathroom was a let down due to its small size in the shower.

All great. Slight confusion over check out time?? Booking said noon...staff were knocking on door just after 10am???

Lovely Hotel and staff , great location for the shops and public car park right opposite the front entrance . Very impressed with our room and the breakfast beautiful. Will definitely use again .

Lovely stay - nice room overlooking the canal. Breakfast was good, but glad I included it at booking as the daily rate is a bit steep i.e £20 for full English Breakfast. Always perplexes me when it is a double room that there is only one chair to sit on around the table - why not two chairs, as you don't always want to sit on the bed. Good checkout, and left my luggage for a few hours.

Room was clean, bed was really comfortable, breakfast options were great and good quality, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would have liked hot chocolate option in room but it is a personal choice. Facilities are fabulous.

Modern hotel and clean well appointed rooms. Sky bar had a good atmosphere Saturday evening, best to book as It gets busy. Hotel is centrally located, short walk to the city centre.

Great location and breakfast was perfect

Love this hotel, great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Takes us 5 hours plus to drive to Leeds so it’s great to know there’s a friendly welcome and a comfortable room waiting for us.

Room was spotless staff really friendly, breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is in a good location , near the train station and surrounded by great bars and restraunts next to the canal . The hotel is very clean , the rooms are beautiful and the staff are excellent ! The sky bar is a must visit , the views from there are amazing ! I would highly recommend the breakfast 10/10. In my opinion the hotel is faultless .
