Amazing from the check in to departure. Immaculately clean hotel , very friendly helpful staff . Rooms very modern and quiet. Breakfast Amazing all in all a fully enjoyable stay , we will be back .

Hotel is located a short walk from city centre, not to far from the Arena, which was the reason we choice it. Next to train station but sound proofing was good. Room was comfortable. Small fridge which was handy. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved the parking which was under the railway arches. Would recommend if visiting Leeds

Parked at hotel which was lucky as only 30 spaces so first come first served. Quick checkin even though early. Offered lovely hot cookies. We’d booked a junior suite as celebrating anniversary & it was beautiful. Spacious, bright with 5 full length windows. Shower was big & hot. Nespresso machine. Had 2 small complimentary water bottles. Lovely comfortable bed & roof top bar is a bonus. Our 3 red tine staying here & so easy to walk to shops & restaurants. Also right next to train station. Highly recommend

Perfectly placed beside the train and great restaurants. Staff could not have been nicer.

The staff at this property were all professional, friendly and helpful, they had a really impressive rapport with each other which was clear to see. the food was well presented and cooked and the taste was of a high standard, both at our evening meal and breakfast. the only issue we had was that the air con system kept us awake throughout the night which was really disappointing as we had booked to rest and recuperate before my next major surgery, instead of leaving replenished and recharged we left feeling lethargic, disappointed and extremely tired, we did inform the front desk about the issue when we checked out, I would have expected a member of management to contact myself directly to address the situation but this did not happen unfortunately. in the circumstances I am extremely disappointed in the handling of our complaint and unfortunately it has made me hesitant to re-book and stay again, which is really sad as the staff we had interaction with around the hotel were so nice. we usually stay at Dakota but have stayed here a couple of times and were beginning to feel as comfortable in each, but after the lack of urgency to address and rectify the issue in our stay this time it has left us feeling disappointed.

Great location and room competitively priced

really enjoyed our stay ,when checking in at reception staff were really helpful and very polite and friendly the cookie we received was a very nice touch .Room was very clean plenty of space to put our belongings. Bed was so comfortable. On our return back to hotel we went to the sky lounge, again staff very polite and friendly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Myself and my partner enjoyed our stay at the hilton we thought it looked really nice with some lovely views. The room was spacious and the breakfast was really nice hopefully be back soon would definately recommend if it means getting a free cookie.

That rooms were in excellent condition and very clean with good facilities. The fact you overlook the canal and railway lines are an extra bonus with a holiday vibe of cafe culture. Hotel is near to the shopping centre which is a shopper paradise with a wide range of shops and goods.

Great place to stay in central Leeds with secure parking nearby and easily accessed from the motorway. Staff are a credit. Good breakfast. Canal views in some rooms and lively rooftop bar.

Lovely, modern hotel, large room, clean, great view, lovely breakfast, good location and parking right next to hotel. Couldn't fault anything.

We asked for a walk in shower but they gave us a room for a disabled couple. I am 5ft 3" and struggled with the sink etc. My husband is 5ft 10" and found it impossible due to it's low height. There was knowhere to put anything around the sink! We asked to change rooms but were told they were full for our 3 days there. Not what we expected! Next time we will ask for a shower not over a bath.

Always my go-to hotel in Leeds. Minutes from the train station. Good choice of nearby restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is consistently excellent. Guest rooms were recently refurbished, so there's a nice fresh feel to the rooms. Good value and great quality.
