We got the Superior Double Room. SO spacious with lots of amenities. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Loved the stay. The only comment I have is that we could not get a proper invoice at checkout (because we booked through Expedia). Other hotels provide that (as evidence that one has stayed at the hotel), even when the balance is zero. A small issue in the big scheme of things.

An architectural masterpiece integrated to a historical building. in the heart of the gorgeous historical center of Alcala de Henares. Rooms are spacious and have expansive bathrooms with a cleverly designes shower-tub combination.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been nice. Otherwise, a lovely big room which fully met our requirements. A stay in a second Parador met expectations.

Great staff, very clean, great location

Nice hotel, very centrally located for the university, shops and restaurants. We only stayed one night and didn't eat either dinner or breakfast but would definitely return. Only 20 minutes from the airport was also ideal.

The rooms were spacious, clean, many amenities, central to shops, and restaurants.

The basement type view from our window was a disappointment. Other than that, everything was fine.

Sehr stilvolles Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude! Das Zimmer war großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet, das Bett sehr komfortabel, der Service an der Rezeption, in der cafebar sowie beim Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Superb hotel

The room was superb! Location was great near the public transport train 12-15 min walk which we caught regularly to get downtown instead of the Uber! Restaurants are plentiful in the nearby shopping district a few blocks away. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only issue was getting a small washcloth 😂 They seem to be in short supply. Anyone considering should just bring their own as all other towels are supersized!
