Sehr stilvolles Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude! Das Zimmer war großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet, das Bett sehr komfortabel, der Service an der Rezeption, in der cafebar sowie beim Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen!

The room was superb! Location was great near the public transport train 12-15 min walk which we caught regularly to get downtown instead of the Uber! Restaurants are plentiful in the nearby shopping district a few blocks away. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only issue was getting a small washcloth 😂 They seem to be in short supply. Anyone considering should just bring their own as all other towels are supersized!

The hotel is in a lovely area, and we were expecting great things for the outside. Check-in was fine but slow. The bathroom had a real mould issue and smelled incredibly strong of damp and musk. It was a wet room as disabled and obviously they are struggling to keep on top of it. It needs a refit fast. The pool was just for pigeons including a dead on floating around. It could be a great hotel but things seem to be slipping

They charged me for days I didn’t even stay there. Plus foreign transaction fees. Would not stay there again. Been having to fight with my bank over their ‘mistake’ or rather deliberate attempt to place fraudulent charges on my card months AFTER my stay of 3 days.

Loved the zen atmosphere, location, and all staff except for one grumpy waitress at breakfast on the second day. Water tasted bad, but no bottled water in the rooms. Air conditioning was not very strong during a heat wave so rooms were uncomfortable. No way to adjust it. The parador policy of forcing us to reserve a time for breakfast after a 10 hour flight is very stressful and inconvenient with jet lag. Particularly when the breakfast room is half empty.

For the price and considering it is a 4 stars hotel, they need to make some building updates. There wasn’t enough shampoo or towels in our room during the 4 nights we stayed. The pipes were smelly every time we went into our room. Also, the staff members were nice for the most part, but they don’t give you enough information about anything, really. It would be nice that they provide info about the hotel amenities, the spa and the surrounding area. Not a good welcoming experience. And when I asked a question about logistics to one of the staff members, one of them was very condescending. Overall okay.

Fantastic location in the heart of a suburban college town. Lots of activity and dining options. Lots of shopping. Very safe. Very reasonable prices. Fantastic day! Wonderful hotel. Staff is fantastic.
