체크인시 직원의 태도는 친절하지 않았음 제대로 호텔안내설명도 해주지않았음 부대시설중 야외수영장 활용이 불가했음

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på Parador. Da jeg hadde et behov for et handicap-vennlig rom m/ fasiliteter så fikk vi dette uten vanskeligheter , samt en rullestol til utlån som kunne benyttes inne på hotellets område. Vi vil absolutt videre anbefale Parador i Alcala de Henares !

The hotel is in a lovely area, and we were expecting great things for the outside. Check-in was fine but slow. The bathroom had a real mould issue and smelled incredibly strong of damp and musk. It was a wet room as disabled and obviously they are struggling to keep on top of it. It needs a refit fast. The pool was just for pigeons including a dead on floating around. It could be a great hotel but things seem to be slipping

La habitación excelente y muy agradable el personal muy atento

They charged me for days I didn’t even stay there. Plus foreign transaction fees. Would not stay there again. Been having to fight with my bank over their ‘mistake’ or rather deliberate attempt to place fraudulent charges on my card months AFTER my stay of 3 days.

Great staff. The area around the hotel is wonderful if you enjoy eating while surrounded by history.

Excelente muy recomendable sin duda volvere.

En general todo muy bien, trabajaría en la atención del personal., son un poco agresivos a la hora de atender o decir las cosas y deben entender que a veces tratan con personas de fuera, no de la zona.

We attended a wedding at the property and we wish we would’ve planned better and spent two nights at this beautiful resort. The wedding food was excellent, and the rooms were outstanding.

Beautiful hotel ubication and the best A/C

Herrlicher Parador mit einem nettem Pool. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das beste ist die zentrale Lage. Alle Bar´s, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind schnell und zu Fuß erreichbar.

Loved the zen atmosphere, location, and all staff except for one grumpy waitress at breakfast on the second day. Water tasted bad, but no bottled water in the rooms. Air conditioning was not very strong during a heat wave so rooms were uncomfortable. No way to adjust it. The parador policy of forcing us to reserve a time for breakfast after a 10 hour flight is very stressful and inconvenient with jet lag. Particularly when the breakfast room is half empty.

El Parador es magnífco. El personal muy atento.Las instalaciones muy completas, en especial la piscina. Un lugar muy recomendable para descansar unos días.

Qualité de la restauration en dessous des autres paradores Faiblesse du service et qualité de la finition des mets. Fléchage à l intérieur de l’Hôtel (très vaste ) à revoir . Qualité de l'accueil à améliorer fondamentalement .

For the price and considering it is a 4 stars hotel, they need to make some building updates. There wasn’t enough shampoo or towels in our room during the 4 nights we stayed. The pipes were smelly every time we went into our room. Also, the staff members were nice for the most part, but they don’t give you enough information about anything, really. It would be nice that they provide info about the hotel amenities, the spa and the surrounding area. Not a good welcoming experience. And when I asked a question about logistics to one of the staff members, one of them was very condescending. Overall okay.
