시설 깨끗하고 조식 등등 몽땅 너무 최고인 반면, 청소 직원이나 관리직원들은 너무 착해 보이고 친절한데 프런트 직원들이 동양인이라 그런가 너무 뻣뻣함. 찾기 힘들지만 옥상정원도 가보세요

체크인시 직원의 태도는 친절하지 않았음 제대로 호텔안내설명도 해주지않았음 부대시설중 야외수영장 활용이 불가했음

Wanted to use the spa but wasnt available at all. Some staff were rude, but the room was fantastic

夜遅くに到着して１泊しかしなかったため、プールなどは使えませんでしたが、部屋や館内は非常に清潔感があり、１つ１つの部屋の独立性が高く天井も高いため、全体的にゆったりと落ち着いた雰囲気でした。 スタッフとはフロントくらいでしかお会いしませんでしたが、丁寧で落ち着いた接客でした。 部屋は100室くらいありそうでしたが、満室になることは無いのでは？という場所柄、静かな雰囲気が維持されていると思います。 シャワー室とベッドルームの天井がつながっているので最初は湿気が高くなるのを気にしましたが実際は特段問題はありませんでした。 廻りの環境も落ち着いていて良い町並みで、全面的にゆったりしているので、もう１泊くらいゆっくりしたかったです。

The best hotel around. In the heart of historic Alcalá.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been nice. Otherwise, a lovely big room which fully met our requirements. A stay in a second Parador met expectations.

El hotel está perfecto. Habitaciones amplias y de calidad. Al no haber tráfico alrededor se descansa sin ruidos. La única pega, es que no tiene gimnasio. Tiene una sala fitness con aforo literalmente para 4 personas. No hay pesas ni máquinas. Es sorprendente que no tengan una sala equipada. Por lo demás, es una opción excepcional para relajarse.

Hôtel bien situé près du centre historique d'Alcala de Henares . Belles chambres spacieuses et calmes . Buffet petit déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de choix . le personnel devrait améliorer son amabilité surtout au petit déjeuner

Great staff, very clean, great location

Nice hotel, very centrally located for the university, shops and restaurants. We only stayed one night and didn't eat either dinner or breakfast but would definitely return. Only 20 minutes from the airport was also ideal.

The rooms were spacious, clean, many amenities, central to shops, and restaurants.

Localização excelente, quartos muito grande e confortável. Closet, Wc, banheira, ducha e 2 pias. 2 restaurantes, prédio moderno e antigo combinando.

No tengo queja del hotel pero si de HOTELS.COM. Cuando llegue al parador me dijeron que había dos reservas a mi nombre cuando solo hice una y me han cobrado las dos. Nº el parador ni la plataforma de hoteles me han devuelto el importe.
