체크인시 직원의 태도는 친절하지 않았음 제대로 호텔안내설명도 해주지않았음 부대시설중 야외수영장 활용이 불가했음

Localização excelente, quartos muito grande e confortável. Closet, Wc, banheira, ducha e 2 pias. 2 restaurantes, prédio moderno e antigo combinando.

No tengo queja del hotel pero si de HOTELS.COM. Cuando llegue al parador me dijeron que había dos reservas a mi nombre cuando solo hice una y me han cobrado las dos. Nº el parador ni la plataforma de hoteles me han devuelto el importe.

História do hotel, localização

The basement type view from our window was a disappointment. Other than that, everything was fine.

La habitación muy grande y bonita, pero sobre todo silenciosa. El personal parece amable, y rápido en atenderte.

Nice room and food

Tres bon séjour, chambre très agréable. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Deux remarques pour améliorer: 1. le système d’éclairage de la chambre est trop compliqué et pas assez flexible. Impossible d’avoir une simple lumière de lecture de chevet. 2. Une machine à café et une bouilloire avec café et thé seraient bienvenused

Muy bien ubicado

Sehr stilvolles Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude! Das Zimmer war großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet, das Bett sehr komfortabel, der Service an der Rezeption, in der cafebar sowie beim Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Si el cuarto y baño impecable

Superb hotel

The room was superb! Location was great near the public transport train 12-15 min walk which we caught regularly to get downtown instead of the Uber! Restaurants are plentiful in the nearby shopping district a few blocks away. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only issue was getting a small washcloth 😂 They seem to be in short supply. Anyone considering should just bring their own as all other towels are supersized!

O hotel é bonito, espaçoso e confortável. Situado numa rua bela e ajardinada, integra o patrimônio histórico-arquitetônico de Alcalá de Henares, sem que comprometa as características originais de sua arquitetura.

Beautiful hotel, very walkable in old town.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på Parador. Da jeg hadde et behov for et handicap-vennlig rom m/ fasiliteter så fikk vi dette uten vanskeligheter , samt en rullestol til utlån som kunne benyttes inne på hotellets område. Vi vil absolutt videre anbefale Parador i Alcala de Henares !

The hotel is in a lovely area, and we were expecting great things for the outside. Check-in was fine but slow. The bathroom had a real mould issue and smelled incredibly strong of damp and musk. It was a wet room as disabled and obviously they are struggling to keep on top of it. It needs a refit fast. The pool was just for pigeons including a dead on floating around. It could be a great hotel but things seem to be slipping
