What a wonderful gem in the remote and beautiful Torres del Paine in Chilean Patagonia region. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The spa was outstanding. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is excellent. I have no complaints or notes for the property. Keep up the great work!

Amazing hotel with beautiful views located just outside of the Torres del Paine national park. The pool and spa are wonderful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable with lovely views of the mountains. Excellent vegetarian food options in both restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay.

The view, dining, and service – all excellent. We had an issue witl our shower leaking from multiple areas leading to flooding around the bathroom floor. The maintenance staff managed to fix one leak but there's a design flaw in the shower door that causes the other. They were quite accommodating with adequate service recovery. Overall, great experience!

Excellent service

Room was comfortable but noise of buses outside was a little annoying as for some reason they would run their engines for long period of time whilst stationary. Staff were generally very good but not consistent service. Pool was outstanding. Lounge areas were really nice. View from the front of the hotel was jncredible. Don’t think it was worth the high cost but there’s not a lot of completion in this area.

Fantastic view of Paine massif from rooms and restaurant. Excellent food for breakfast (included) and dinner (extra). Very helpful, professional staff and waiters. Very clean, well kept property. Only complaint was the shower: low water pressure and very fickle temperature control.

This is a gorgeous hotel just by the entrance to Torres del Paine national park with outstanding views towards Torres del Paine. Popular, big and busy due to it's location but there are plenty of quiet spaces to relax and enjoy the views. We had a classic room with skylight mountain views, very comfortable. Wind noise can be a little loud on the roof when it's very windy (often) but didn't disturb our sleep. These are on the top (4th) floor. The lift only reaches the 3rd floor. Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of good quality selection and plenty to do in the hotel with the added facilities. They can make packed lunches if needed and also grab bags for breakfast if you need to leave early for a hike (like we did).
