The towels didn’t match and they were just random over used towels. overall a good experience though

Our unit didn’t have a curtain on the top window so light shined through so you couldn’t get a good sleep as the room was too bright. The curtains that covered the window were so long it covered the air conditioner so the room didn’t cool down at all and was too hot. There was no plug for the bath. I wouldn’t stay again unless I got a normal room

Overall good place to stay, overnight with kids. Place was clean which we appreciated. Beds a little squeaky but other than that a good stop over place.

Had a great time staff were nice, just had no hot water all night and morning after a long driving day 2nd time back just a real shame about the water but would stay again

The bathroom wall and door was dirty, the flooring was in extreme poor state, had a spruce beetle in my room. Won’t stay here again! Wish I can show pictures.

It’s a cheap motel… everything worked, bathroom worked, doors locked. Could be cleaner but not bad enough to complain or leave. Just needed it for the night while passing through.

I was not impressed with the room because there was a main water break and we had no hot water to take a shower...that's OK because I realize that there are accidents but they should have made us aware of this and maybe we should have gotten a discount for our inconvenience. Esther Jack

Didn’t like anything it wasn’t clean & no hot water burns on the floors stained bedding I don’t recommend anyone staying there

We were there for 3 nights. Not once did anyone come and clean our room or empty garbage. I had to ask for a blow dryer and towels on the first day as there was 3 of us and two towels in a room that sleeps 4 ppl. The ice machine in the seperate place was not working. The tv remote did not work. The lighting was terrible

Pictures very misleading, room look nice in the picture, but when they give us the room, it absolutely have nothing to do what they show in the picture, very dirty, furniture in bed condition, not pleasant at all.

Decent prices and good location near highway. For the cost, rooms were what was expected but clean with nice beds and bedding. Check in was great and staff member was friendly and clearly knew what she was doing. I’d stay again on a trip through Kamloops.

The staff were really helpful and reactive to our needs. Beds were very comfortable. There is Kristen's Cafe on site and the food there is excellent. I would not hesitate staying there in the future.
