Great location, nice property, had the 1-bedroom suite. The room was of a good size for a 1-bedroom suite, the bathroom was well presented, with an office desk, lounge etc. as expected. TV was slightly damaged (old plasma screens) with a thin line through the screen however, it was not of any real issue. Breakfast was well presented and had a large offering. Was out of peak season, so the ground floor bar and games room were closed. Pool is nice, though it could do with the lower/ground floor bar being open (to make things easier and a little more enjoyable), along with some outdoor music to provide a different sound to some of the 'happy and noisy' guests. Great staff, enjoyable live/jazz band of an evening, and all-round pleasant few nights stay. Used the hotel driver for pick up from Da Nang AP and returned to our next hotel back in Da Nang, while providing a tour and trip across the pass (all-day trip). Recommended for anyone planning to stay in Hue. Thanks team!

The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped.

The room was nice, the double bed was very spacious and suitable for a family with two children, the staff were attentive, especially Ella.

My favorite is the Hue beef noodle soup of the hotel breakfast buffet. It's very delicious. The hotel is right in the center, very convenient to travel. You should book it.

Central location is very convenient for traveling!! Beautiful and clean hotel! Friendly staff! Nice room. The only downside is that the shower is a bit difficult to use. Breakfast is also normal. Worth staying here everyone!!

The staff is enthusiastic and cute, the room is spacious with a pleasant ginger scent, the location is also easy to get around, the lobby is spacious, I arrived early and got the room earlier than the time so I felt comfortable and happy. Next time I return to Hue, I will continue to stay here.
