The location of the hotel is very great, neae to bus station or you can walk to Hokanji temple. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially the intern named Miyazaki, he was very supportive

The cleanliness is very bad, maybe because all the staff are new (because they have nametags that say TRAINER), it really smells of cigarettes.

เราทำการจองผ่านทราเวลโลกา ก่อนจองเราได้กดดูหลายครั้ง และทำการแคปหน้าจอไว้ เพื่อให้เพื่อนๆดู ราคาและห้อง และมันคือห้องปลอดบุหรี่ เมื่อจองก็ได้ทำการเขียนรีเควสพิเศษย้ำอีกรอบว่าห้องปลอดบุหรี่ เนื่องจากเพื่อนเป็นภูมิแพ้ เมื่อไปถึงห้องดับเบิ้ลได้ห้องไม่สูบบุหรี่ แต่ห้องสามคน กลับกลายเป็นห้องสูบบุหรี่ ทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าเราจองมาแบบนี้ แค่คำขอพิเศษนั้นอาจจะไม่ได้รับหากไม่available เพื่อนที่เป็นภูมิแพ้เลยโกรธมาก ว่าเราจองมาแบบปลอดบุหรี่ แต่ทำไมได้ห้องสูบบุหรี่ เลยโวยกับพนักงานไป สรุปคือ เราต้องนอนห้องสูบบุหรี่ทั้งสองคืน โดยไม่รู้เลยว่า เราผิดตรงไหน เพื่อนเราก็โมโห พนักงานก็หน้าเสีย แต่คืนนั้นมันไม่มีห้องให้เปลี่ยนละ เย็นมากแล้วด้วย พนักงานช่วยเหลือโดยให้ยืมเครื่องฟอกอากาศมาตัวนึง ผมที่เป็นคนจองอึดอัดมากกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น สงสารทั้งเพื่อนที่นอนฟึดฟัดทั้งคืน ทั้งพนักงานที่โดนโวย ส่วนเพื่อนอีกสองห้อง ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร รร โอเครนะ ทำเลดี แต่ประสบการณ์ครั้งนี้มันไม่ทราบว่าผิดพลาดจากเราหรือจากระบบของทราเวลโลกา หรือจาก รร เพื่อนเราก็หัวเสีย ก็สงสารน้องพนักงานมาก ยังงงอยู่ว่าเราจองห้องผิดตรงไหนหรือเปล่า ถึงกลายเป็นห้องสูบบุหรี่ (สูบบุหรี่ทั้งชั้นเลย เปิดลิฟต์นี่กลิ่นแรงมากจริงๆ) เสียใจมากครับ

The room is bigger compared to the others. If you go back to Kyoto again, definitely stay here again, recommended.

Very good location. Near gion shijo station and kiyomizudera temple. Definitely one of my favourite hotel in Japan. Oh good food also.

Nice and neat hotel. We booked 5 rooms and everyone is satisfied with the room condition. Location is strategic, walk out and you can find conventional stores, bread shops, etc. Walking towards right to Yasaka Shrine, Ninenzaka and Kiyomizudera; walking left to subway line, town area and the famous shopping arcade. So many shops and nice buildings along the way, I highly recommend this hotel. 👍

Very clean, friendly staff, strategic location.

The rooms are nice, and very luxurious, although a little cramped, the place is very strategic, behind the hotel is rather left, a lot of selling food I really like, breakfast is great, for hotels in Japan whose prices are not too expensive.

The location is very strategic in the Gion area, easy access everywhere, the twin rooms are large for Japanese size, clean, comfortable, complete amenities. Recommended hotel in Kyoto.
