Everything was OK, just no sleeper and tooth brush in the room. We request late checout was not accepted.

Amazing breakfast. Uncomfortable bed. Very stiff. Super thick high pillows. Also only a single sheet on bed, no blanket. Bed situation very unfortunate. Breakfast salvaged it but that’s not why you sleep somewhere

It is a very central location, fast food restaurants and shopping malls were in near proximity. The property was clean and had a variety of food to choose from for breakfast. Very helpful staff. I’d recommend it to others.

Awesome and will stay again

Nice hotel, I had a suite. Esthetically the room was nice but the furniture and carpets are not clean. Stains all over the carpet and furniture. The staff was nice and in a good location. 8/10

The stay at Riu was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our family suite was so spacious and offered many amenities. Located on the 32nd floor, the views of the city were astounding. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. There were plenty of offerings and everything tasted so delicious. The hotel lobby smelled amazing but whatever products they use to clean the rooms did not smell as great and the ladies bathroom in the lobby had a very strong and unpleasant odor. It smelled musty and as if the whole bathroom needed to be aired out. The two times I tried to use the bathroom, I could barely stay in there.

My wife and ai stayed 7 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it. The breakfast was the best, very delicious with lots of variety and healthy. That's important to me as I love good food. Our room was great we got the exact room we paid for the city view was amazing. Getting to and about from the hotel was also great with the taxi service personnel looking after our every need. All is all a great stay for my 50th birthday, lovely friendly ple with a heart to customer service. We will be back in December for sure to celebrate our anniversary LovePanama@RiuhotelPlaza.

El hotel está muy bueno, sólo pequeños detalles, cómo los asientos del lobby, que se notaba tenían mucho tiempo con los forros en mal estado. Son pequeñas cosas que no es posible que pasen, más cuando hay tantas personas qué trabajan en ese hotel, mirando esos detalles. Lamentablemente, hay falta de supervisión...Deben mejorar esa parte, aunque debo reconocer, que luego observé que cambiaron los forros..

The room was very spacious, neat and clean, linens and towels were changed on request. Every attendant asked to make sure we were ok and we're very helpful. Courtney calls were made to our room to ensure all was well and to find out if we needed anything. The front desk staff all spoke English and we're very warm and welcoming.the pool settings was nice with the greenry surrounding adding a nature touch. The breakfast was the highlight for use with a wide variety to choose from. Although we tried to sample everything we just couldn't, most of what we had tasted great, I really enjoyed their hot chocolate and yoghurt while my husband enjoyed their soup, seasoned cheese and natural orange juice. Overall our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, whenever we are visiting Panama again we will definitely stay at Riu Plaza again and we encourage you to do too.

Breakfast was great. Variety of options!

Breakfast was great options were endless. The room was clean. The bathroom had a little drainage problem, but I called maintenance and they came and fixed it. The staff were friendly.
