Riu would always be somewhere I would want to go back to. This is my second time there and it was wonderful. Location is the best . Close to a lot of food joints , restaurants, malls etc. The hotel is well kept and the rooms were a 10/10 as well as amenities and staff

The room was immaculate the staff was their usual wonderful selves. I must admit that there was one person at check-in who wasn't as helpful as the other's thus time or in the past. The breakfast was amazing and I couldn't ask for a better location.

The hotel it self was beautifully designed. The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and try to help. The breakfast buffet was great! Was not happy with my room. When entered we only had one pillow for 2 adults, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, iron with no iron board waited 2 days to get one, the water in the sinks filled up fast and didn’t drain, the phone stop working after 3 days and no bath rags place in bathrooms. Everyday for the 6 days we had to call down and beg for bath rags and was told it’s only for the suites!! I expected better.
