Great room and bathroom! Everyone was really friendly.

Staff and clean room was very good and the buffet variety was excellent

Breakfast options were great! Rooms had an old mildew smell and were difficult to keep cool. Smoking area should be moved away from front door area.

No water of coffee in Lobby; No breakfast bento box for early morning checkout even you paid the breakfast(we paid three day's breakfast but only ate one); Almost No English; Staff attitude was poor.

What an amazing experience! From the staff to the overall hospitality! Surprised my mom with this trip for her bday and it surpassed my expectations. I will def be returning!

Breakfast had a huge spread but with very little choice and things just repeated. Nothing was fresh bar the eggs which the egg guy was not great at. Rice was welded yo the pan and other things empty. Struggled to find anything edible. Pool is large but shallow. Had DJ due to 8 events so was nice Room was spacious but musty as so old. Pillows were awful, sheets didn't fit the bed and no duvet. Bathroom ok. Reception were lovely. Main issue was on check out as the road was closed for the Christmas parade and, despite it being every year, the hotel had NO plan for how guests would be able to leave. Worse still, they didnt even tell anyone the roads would be closed and, when you asked, each person gave you different advice. This led to numerous people having to try to find their uber/transfer. Apparently the hotel has a rear entrance but this is not signed so nobody could find it. Absolute madnes. Basically this hotel is likd a mediocre Las Vegas Hotel abd if thats ok for you, you'll love it, otherwise try elsewhere. It is crazy busy with local events so maybe its just us but I didnt come to Panama for substandard Vegas.

Yes. Staff was nice. Especially Daniel ( bar), Luz (bar) and Horacio ( pool).

Hotel is exceptional! In great place woth plenty of things to do around! But in the roomss, there's no ventilation in shower area, room feels muggy and the windows are always with moist from humidity!
