The facility including the room were clean. The staff was kind. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices!

The lobby area was clean, beautiful, inviting and had a wealthy aroma. Our room was modern, clean, cozy and the bed was comfortable The staff at the reception, office and restaurants were courteous and extremely helpful. All the meals at the restaurants were very reasonable and delicious. I am definitely returning to RIU, Panama.

Everything was OK, just no sleeper and tooth brush in the room. We request late checout was not accepted.

Amazing breakfast. Uncomfortable bed. Very stiff. Super thick high pillows. Also only a single sheet on bed, no blanket. Bed situation very unfortunate. Breakfast salvaged it but that’s not why you sleep somewhere
