Mold in the bathroom

Everything was perfect. Staff were extremely attentive, and better than even hoped. Many thanks to Katushkia (spelling) for being so wonderful.

Amazing

Friendly and professional staff, gorgeous pool and the meals were excellent. My only dislikes were, the extractor fan in the washroom was not working and this caused a foul odor to linger in the bathroom. Also we were two rooms away from the elevator on the 17th floor and at nights there were loud noises from persons coming off the elevator.

The rooms smell of mold and mildew as though the property has water damage. As soon as you exit the elevator onto your floor, there’s an overwhelming smell of wetness, like mildew. The staff was amazing and super accommodating, though. They brought us a humidifier to our suite for the length of our stay, and it helped tremendously.

You got everything right!! No complaints. When I stayed at the Hyatt Hotel and someone said to me that their breakfast was the best ever, I said let me be the judge of that! Well to the person that asked me that question. No Hotel Riu has even the Hyatt beat by a long shot!! Thank you for your hospitality and great staff!! I was totally impressed and pleased!

Hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the city, the hotel dos need some improvement as does look tired. Staff is amazing and the amenities are great. Breakfast is fantastic and service by the pool is also great.

Polite staff, large rooms and nice coffee shop

The room was always clean, the staff is friendly and perfect location. Walk distance restaurants, and mini markets

There are several shopping area. My husband and I used the metro system to shop at the Allbrook mall. (Twice) it is huge and has many stores similar to Target, shoe stores in US, etc. great level 3 for food court. There is another mall within Walking distance called Metropolis. Some stores are closed but don’t let that stop you. The third mall is brand new and massive. Higher prices but designer level products. Take an Uber -super cheap

Lots of different little shops all around the hotel within walking distance. Pool area was clean came up to us with towels for the loungers before we could even sit down. The free breakfast was a buffet style with lots to choose from never did see any bacon tho Restaurant staff were very quick and attentive and polite my Spanish is lacking but they made sure they knew what we wanted
