Nice location with all amenities for family vacation.

The “Balcony to the pool” room has a permanent overwhelming smell of chlorine, the air conditioning is taking the air from the pool. The mattresses are way too soft - they have done their duty a while ago. All together the value you get for the price you pay is, at least in the section we were in, completely off.

Room was clean and well appointed, bed was comfortable however pillows could have been better. Bathroom was nice size however no face care provided and the drain in the sink was very slow. Internet worked well as did the tv

Parking was a bit difficult at check in but otherwise a clean /nice place to stay for our quick stopover

Not accomodating. Could not offer upgrade to VIP Expedia client, saying nothing was available. Gave 10 off to spa which I was never going to use. Disappointing to say the least. Had no gluten free options.

Property was easily accessible. Lots of parking. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Nothing negative to say about this location.

Lovely clean room. We were just passing through, we arrived late and left early. Front desk was efficient in getting us checked in.

A popular hotel, well kept and well situated. A nice breasfast menu is offered at the restaurant. The room was comfortable, with ample electrical outlets, good lighting and well designed furniture designed for the traveller.

Even though we are in our 80s, we liked the family atmosphere.

Bed was very comfortable, room was a great size, games room (mini arcade) and pool were nice but note thay the water slide is only open if a lifegaurd is on duty and the games in the mini arcade have seen better days but still lots of fun. Water bottle refill station by the conference rooms. No body lotion provided (just fyi).
