Amazing hotel Great staff Great food Clean rooms

Great ezperience

Everything we needed for our quick stop. Only wish the ferry hadn't been broken and we would have had hours more to enjoy!

We stayed here two years ago and it was a fantastic experience with a new room in the back area by the spa. This is our second stay and the rooms are a bit dated but mainly the cleanliness was not the best. We had to move rooms since the room we were first given was right beside the elevator and was very noisy. The second room was much bigger but there was a terrible smell as soon as we walked in. The small was old pillow smell. We called the front desk and I ask for brand new pillows and linens. They accommodated right away. Overall the care of cleanliness was just not what we had the first time. That being said, the staff are very friendly, the property is lovely and quiet and the bed was quite comfortable.

Property was very nice. Easy check in. Clean and quiet. The only issue is when booking at a hotel when you have a family the amenities are important. We looked for a hotel switch a waterslide and this one looked great. We arrived and they said waterslide was closed for both days due to no lifeguard. It was disappointing for my kid.

I had no problem with the property. My only problem was with the restaurant. As I worked all day and returned to hotel in the evening, so this was my most convenient place to have my dinner. I tried for the first night. Food was delicious and service was friendly. The following night, I was created and had a table. I stayed on my table for 40 minutes. The waitress passed by my table several times. The hostess also passed next to me several times. There was a busboy who passed by my table as well. I tried to grab their attention. It seems that they purposely avoided to make eye contacts. So the remaining of the week, I had to eat elsewhere. But never to this restaurant again. I am going to same area frequently for business. So, never again

Children running up and down the corridor at 10:30 was not exactly what we were hoping for after a day in the car.

We loved this hotel. The layout of our room was great for our family. Also liked the layout of the hotel. Pool area was very nice and clean. Only downside was that the hot tub wasn't working properly and the temperature was the same temp as the pool and the slide wasn't open for the kids to use either.

Very clean

Only arrived late, needed a place to sleep while travelling. Room was clean and we ended up using the pool and hot tub in the morning before we departed. Would recommend but were not at the hotel more than 10 hours.

I liked the restaurant on site. The meal was very good. Very friendly staff. Clean and well appointed.

WiFi was not working entire stay, been told different stories about WiFi, Netflix not working, TV nit working. Shower drain must be partially blocked it takes 10 min for the water to clear, shower head no pressure it is blocked needs to be changed, sink drain blocked water takes forever to clear. Staff front desk terrible service and not friendly at all. Being dishonest with the guest's is not acceptable . I would not recommend, i will not go again. Kids loved the pool but water was very cold

Great staff good restaurant excellent for snowmobile

Very nice hotel! Lots to do!! We stayed for a night while travelling long distance and the kids loved the pool and the free arcade machines! Lots nearby for food or anything you need. I highly recommend!!
