The kids really loved the pool

All was perfect except for the noise of the air conditioner that was a bit aggressive and a thinner pillow would be nice. But, a part from my stay was perfect and clean.

Lots of amenities, good clean room

Restaurant was too expensive and bad service. Waited an hour for our meal!!

Clean and generally sharp-looking. The AC unit was noisy (which is, unfortunately, very common) and the shower was a little weak, but I was happy with everything else. Would recommend.

Dining room was renovated. Dining staff seat you and forget about you.

Le personnel de la réception ne sont pas accueillant et il manque le spirit de service et bonne attitude avec ses clients. Cependant le personnel du restaurant et autres ils sont bien amiables.

Everything one needed for a great night’s stay

We loved the hotel. Very friendly staff, room was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again in the future . Also excellent room service and the food from the Boreal Restaurant was very good .

Room was well equipped bed comfortable. Air condition was a bit loud and shower pressure was low. Staff was great though.

When we arrived the entrance to yhe parking lot was closed off for a high school graduation. No warning, no sign. Only access was from the rear of the property. No sign or directions.

Lock on door didn’t work nor did the air conditioner .

J’ai choisi vue sur la piscine et c’était une grosse erreur. Malgré que l’école n’était pas fini encore, il y avait beaucoup beaucoup de monde et c’était très très bruyant et ça aurait été désagréable aller se baigner. Même dans les couloirs beaucoup d’enfants courraient. Sûrement plus tranquille dans une autre aile. Mais oubliez une baignade tranquille
