It was my first ever stay at Novotel Pratunam. I like the hotel ambience, the view, the food and of course it's so close to the shopping center like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, Siam, and many more.

All the staff are very friendly, if I go to Bangkok I will definitely stay here again 😊

The room carpet is not very clean, it needs to be cleaned more seriously because if you walk on it, your footwear could get stained or dirty.

We got in around the busy check in time in the afternoon and was greeted by wonderful team of check in people. They assured I got into the high floor rooms and that room was just cleaned. Fantastic and effortless check in until we check out the very next day. Amazing experience. Would love to come back and stayed longer there
