The hotel staff was quite responsive, except for the concierge staff who were a bit unfriendly and unfriendly. Reception was quite fast, even though there was only one person serving guests. The bed and pillows were very hard, I couldn't sleep well, the air conditioner was too cold, even at 30 degrees it was still cold, I caught a cold after waking up.

It was my first ever stay at Novotel Pratunam. I like the hotel ambience, the view, the food and of course it's so close to the shopping center like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, Siam, and many more.
