Very nice, spacious room and a nice property. Only major qualm is with the flies- our room had a handful of flies (dead & alive, maybe 40), which are present because of the waterfront location. The main issue was that, while understandingly semi-unavoidable, there were a LOT of dead flies that I feel could have been taken care of by the facility. Understandably maybe couldn’t have gotten rid of all of the flies, but for the number of dead flies in corners & windowsills, I feel like these could have been addressed with an easy vacuum sweep or putting up fly traps. Otherwise, the room was clean & the property was quite nice! Would stay again as long as I went with someone who would battle the flies!

Beautiful place. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was incredible. We got to see the Northern Lights from the window of our room and from the dock by the resort. Very recommended.

There were some bugs when we arrived. They were getting in through some door trim looked to have come undone due to high winds. Overall, we enjoyed this property and the restaurant. Very friendly and they have good gin.

Blabjorg Resort has very nice accommodations and the staff is very helpful and friendly

The breakfast is was exceptionally good and exceeded our expectations by a wide margin

Very cozy room, shared bathrooms were convenient and clean. The view outside our window was to die for! Such a beautiful and underrated location. Wish we could have stayed for another night. Complimentary breakfast is always a great addition!

We loved staying at the resort. It had all the amenities we needed. Very realxing and clean room. Listening to the waves crashing on the rocks and soaking in the hot tubs was a major highlight. The restaurant wasbso aaming we had a great time chatting with the staff and would recommend this amazing resort to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel was so lovely! The room was upgraded and spacious, with a killer view of the water (plus we were able to see the Northern Lights!). Staff were super warm and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay amazing. Plus their restaurant was super yum! Highly recommend this place.

We visited the puffin nesting observatory a few years back and on this trip took my brother and sister to the same location, although the puffins had since left in late August. However, still a very nice place to stay and if you are there earlier in the year, a fantastic place to witness puffins up close and personal!

We loved our stay at blabjorg! The apartment we stayed in was a good deal and everything (and more) we expected. There were some issues with broken lights, but quickly resolved by the very friendly staff. The included breakfast was nice, but a bit lacking in availability.

Beautiful location and if you are lucky great place to see puffins and northern lights.

A lovely place to stay, just have to watch your head if you are in the guesthouse. Shared bathrooms a bit busy in the mornings. Lovely breakfast

Right on the water, beautiful setting. But the turn off was the misleading advertising about the hot tub s that you must pay 4500 ISK pp to use! C’mon! Other than that, and the loud guests in the middle of the night, it was great. The brewery next door was a plus. Wish we could have stayed longer

We were in the guesthouse, the common kitchen and the bathrooms were super clean. really beautiful rooms. The receptionists are very helfpul. Diverse and delicious breakfast with homemade breads and jems.

Room was clean and spacious with a great view. There is an awesome brewery right next door.

Loved the views and area!! Long drive in but totally worth it!
