I booked a room and saw the picture with a carpet on the floor, but when I checked, there was no room. I wanted to rest and sleep with my husband after performing Umrah, but I was really disturbed by the noise from the guests next door who were fighting so badly, throwing things around. I was really disturbed.

Very close to the Grand Mosque. The food court area has plenty of options. I think I'll stay here again with the kids if I perform Umrah again. Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing... :)

The food is not suitable for Indonesia.

Located in the Zamzam Tower, just a short walk to the Kaaba. Unfortunately, there is no direct elevator from the hotel to the ground floor. The room includes a table, making it convenient to enjoy meals. The staff are very friendly.

It is very easy to access the Grand Mosque and if you need anything, everything is available at Zamzam mall.

If you stay for umrah, Zam Zam Pullman is one of the best. Easy in using lift to Haram.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The meals taste very delicious. The hotel is very close to Al-Haram.
