The hotel is very close to the haram.

I never regretted choosing a room with a view of the Kaaba. It was so beautiful to be able to join in congregational prayers from my room (especially for women) while looking at the Kaaba. In the room there was a loudspeaker that played the voice of the Imam of the Al Haram Mosque. Sitting waiting for the prayer while enjoying the view, this was the best view that I will remember for the rest of my life. May Allah enable us and you to return again, again, and again. The room was a bit cramped because the furniture was quite large for the limited space, but thank God we were still able to arrange to pray in congregation with a view of the Kaaba. For the room we chose, unfortunately there was only one bathroom (for 4 guests in the room) but that's okay, everything was still pleasant. The hotel is inside a mall, during peak hours, sometimes you have to queue for the elevator. Housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating.

The view on the city side is super close to the Masjidil Haram. Just a 7-minute walk, but beware of the lift queue. Azan and imam's relayed to rooms speakers.

The location is very strategic near the Grand Mosque, but the elevator access is a bit slow and the rooms are a bit dim, so it could be made brighter.

Very good service and room upgrades

The reception staff was very helpful during check in, we were able to enter the room before Dzuhur, thank God the room was available. The hotel lobby smells so good 😊 Housekeeping was very helpful when contacted, because when we arrived the amenities were not available, so we had to ask the housekeeping. Mineral water, tea, coffee, sugar will be refilled every day. We got a very comfortable room, with 2 single beds that are wider in size, in the room there is also a dining table and chairs, so if you buy snacks at P3 or P4 and it is difficult to get a table there, you can just take away and eat in the room. Hopefully next time we can stay longer here.

Alhamdulillah, the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is 100% convenient, right in front of the Umrah gate. Bismillah, God willing, next year's last ten will be here again. Amen, Allahumma Amen.

It's very convenient for accessing the Grand Mosque, and the elevators are convenient, but the Zamzam Mall elevators are quite long. Hotel elevators are very fast.

I was thrilled to upgrade from a classic 4-bedroom room to a 2-bedroom presidential suite. My God, this blessing is complete. Thank you, Pullman. Checking out of the hotel was easy, and thankfully, it's right in front of the Grand Mosque courtyard.

We stayed at the Pullman Zamzam Hotel during the holiday season, so it was very crowded. It was very helpful when staying in a hotel that was very close to the mosque, especially since we brought a baby. It only took 3 minutes to get down to the mosque courtyard. We booked a city view room, and thankfully, we were given a view of half of the Haram. The room was spacious and quite clean, and there was also a kitchen in the room we chose. For breakfast, there were quite a lot of choices, and the food was okay. The service was quite friendly. Thank God.

For the cleaning staff, they are too aggressive even when I have informed no need to clean up. They opened the door when I not wearing the hijab.
