Property is great, really really good value for money! Area around is Hounslow, which isn’t the greatest part of London, but the black horse pub nearby does do a really good curry and show the football!

Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff, including reception and restaurant staff, couldn't do enough for us. They also catered for our early arrival and late departure from the site which really helped us. Parking was great as well. The reason om was clean and sufficient for what we needed. Great natural light and a fabulous view.

The hotel was fine to stay for one night . Staff were friendly and the room was good for one night . Parking was not great car park very small and busy . The dining room for dinner felt like a school canteen. Menu was limited and food served was poor . The bar had no atmosphere some soft music would have helped and it was a small area . I have stayed In a few of the hotels along the bathe road area and have to say this has been my least favourite

Facilities are moderately good but old. Some level of unfriendliness amongst their staff. But the lady that checked me in on my first day of arrival was very good.

I was ver disappointed to know the pillows stained.

Hotel worth recommending. Rooms cleaned daily, wifi fast, parking, restaurant, service at a high level. At the reception, the service was very helpful. Felanie was very helpful.

Lovely hotel with very professional and helpful staff.

It serves its purpose.

I suffered from food poisoning and was Ill all night and morning. I explained the situation and the hotel were more concerned about getting the room cleaned and empty rather than the welfare of the guest. All they said was do you want an ambulance. Obviously this was not necessary so they said get out. When I was able to get out of the room I spoke with the concierge who didn’t care less and said check out was at 11.00 and then completely ignored me. He was rude and insulting. In addition the room I booked was allegedly a “Deluxe” it was anything but. The towels were thread bare, shower didn’t work properly, temperature control had a mind of its own, tv was prehistoric and was so dark that you couldn’t see the picture….and it was impossible to change it with the remote control. The mattress was like a trampoline and was not comfortable. Basically everything has been done on the cheap and it shows.

Amazing hotel, stop here regularly and a special mention to Jason on reception very helpful indeed.

Very satisfying and pleasant

No spoons in the room to make tea. They provided a kettle and cup but no spoons. I wasn’t going to stick my hand in the tea and get the tea bag out

I had a fantastic experience at the Park Grand Heathrow Hotel! We stayed about 2 weeks. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern; an exceptional atmosphere for European lodging. You are also about a 14 min walk to the Piccadilly Line.The staff went out of their way to assist my family who needed medical attention. A special thanks to Monica and Jeet for making the stay warm and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping here if you're going to London!

It's ok for the price Nice and quiet but a draft from the window makes it pretty chilly at night
