Upon arrival I was a bit nervous with the hotel exterior and front desk. Wow! The room was spotless clean and great staff. Everyone was very friendly including the room cleaning team. Would definitely stay again for layover.

Monica at the front counter was so friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks for chatting to us Monica. The rooms are comfortable, beds perfect and the breakfast was great. We stayed 5 nights over two separate bookings. Special mention to the lovely Ukraine lady who was cleaning the room opposite us and encouraged us to use that rooms windows to get better video of the snowflakes falling. This was a lovely gesture. Thank you to all staff. 💛 from Australia
