Room very good value but staff on entry were extremely rude well one chap in particular. Refused my stay unless I had photo ID. I had paid and had booking confirmation and reference numbers. Also the card I paid for the booking with on me too. After a 6 hour journey he didn’t help whatsoever in sorting out the issue but other people were getting checked in wi to out photo ID next to me. I had to get somebody to send me a picture of my passport photo graph to check in which was obviously extremely difficult as I was 300 miles from home. I have stayed in 100’s of hotels and never once have been asked for photo ID. He then sat down and continued to play on his phone.

Bath had hair in the tub. Rubbish under bed.
Stayed for 3 nights i requested extra pilows as never received them even after going to reception twice.
Never anyone serving at the bar. You always need to seek them out to purchase drink.
Breakfast is rather expensive considering the lack of choice.
Yet again no one is waitng there to seat you or take payments.
The food quality is very poor. And the juice tasted watered down.
