Room was very clean, particularly the bathroom as looked new, although a bit odd to be placed on the 7th floor unless all other single rooms already been taken. Room furniture a little dark and not a lot of space between end of bed and desk/chair to get to wardrobe. Towels a little on the small size but manageable. Could offer a few more options at breakfast, such as mushrooms, fried egg and selection of pastries (only had croissants).

This hotel is 10 mins walk from Hounslow East. It was an affordable and pleasant option when trying to avoid the significantly more expensive hotels closer to Heathrow. The gym and rooms were clean and the restaurant had a delicious asian buffet.

The gym was well equipped. Wifi was solid. The refrigerator should not have not been in room. It was wasting electricity. Fridge didn't work well at all. I had to buy ice from nearby store and place ice and drink in bathroom sink. Also, I'm not use to not having a microwave.

Our stay was brief and I requested twin beds and they pulled a king bed slightly apart. It felt a little weird, but it was ok. Tv remote was missing and it never got replaced.

Everything was fine about from the bedroom being cold and the bed mattress was awful. The height of the bed was too much and the mattress dipped in the middle which made it really uncomfortable to sleep, if you got any.

We used this room as a stop over for our travels and so weren’t looking for anything grand. First of all, we drove there and found there was no signs where to actually go and park and so we ended up driving the block a couple of times before seeing the small driveway. Would highly recommend a sign to to show where to park. The lobby gave really nice first impressions. Very clean and staff were friendly. Our room however felt very outdated. To the point there was lots of dust on the table and coffee unit. The windows were certainly not sound proof and with being right in a flight path, we could hear every plane go over It wasn’t the most dreadful, and if you want somewhere that’s a decent price, it will do the job

Enjoyed my one night stay at the Park Grand. Staff were very friendly and efficient and always two of them. Room was comfortable and clean, waterfall shower was excellent. Furnishings were a bit tired and showing their age. Lucky not to get a room close to the door to the lifts (room 104) as it banged loudly when it swung shut. Airplane noise may put off some but didn’t affect me. Breakfast was disappointing (things of a below par Premier Inn breakfast). Room was great value and will stay again.
