Our stay at Serras Andorra was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were just what we required and the staff anticipated all of our needs before we even had to ask. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is furnished in line with expectations of a luxury hotel - it's comfortable, clean, well-appointed and the staff are very polite and make you feel looked after, which is lovely but also something you would expect at that price point. We didn't have a super smooth experience with the room - we selected a Grand Deluxe and were given a room which was a part of a connected family unit, meaning that we could hear absolutely everything that the family next door did and were woken up by their children at 7am on both days. Another misunderstanding was regarding the dogs - the hotel is listed as dog-friendly, but after booking I discovered that dogs are not allowed in winter, which left me in a hurry to find dogcare at home at a short notice. I am happy with dogs not being allowed in winter, because I would rather enjoy clean snow, I just wish that this was made clear upfront (I actually discovered this information by accident, by asking explicitly if we would keep the room we paid for if we brought the dog), and that the rule applied to everyone (we saw families with dogs there). Expect to be charged disproportionately for even the tiny things. Re the Spa - the masseuses don't read the information you fill out before the treatment. From positives - the breakfast was lovely, a lot of activities for younger children and the facilities are truly nice. It seems to be one of the better hotels in Andorra. So overall, not a terrible experience but not our best either.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back for a longer stay - highly recommend. The staff is attentive and courteous. Our room wasn’t heating properly, we figured it would just take some time since we had just arrived and so left to take advantage of the amenities/go to dinner; we didn’t give the heating a second thought. But the staff was proactive in their response, offering us new rooms before we even realized there was an issue. Our 5-year-old loved the play room. The restaurant served great food. And of course, we loved the proximity to hikes and overall location.

Great location excellent service. Top class cuisine

We had just come off of a hike when we entered the hotel. It Smelled very nice as we walked in. We were greeted warmly, and offered wash rags and cold drinks. Staff was friendly and super helpful showing us around the property and getting reservations lined up for us. Rooms were very well appointed, and very comfortable. Spa was very clean, peaceful, the best I have ever experienced! I would definitely go there again!

experiencia increíble. Personal muy muy amable y profesional Una mención especial por el servicio de transfer del hotel a los remontes de Soldeu (telecabina). El personal carga todo el material de ski , te ayudan en todo desde las taquillas hasta bajar de la furgoneta. El Spa es my completo cuanto a sus instalaciones

Fantastique hôtel, design chic. Le personnel est très attentionné, les chambres magnifiques! Le shuttle qui permet de se rendre directement sur les pistes est très pratique. Nous avons passé un parfait séjour!

Espectacular hotel, en la montaña, con preciosas instalaciones y vistas. Pero lo mejor, toda la atención del personal, todos profesionales, atentos y cercanos. A la llegada nos atendió Andrea y fue perfecto todo.
