Hot tubs were not working

They promised a spa and it was closed for kids under 18. Big rattle in heating, couldnt sleep.

When I was given my room key, the receptionist quickly mentioned my room number and indicated where the Wi-Fi code was located, then moved on to the next guest. I did not receive any information about the restaurants or other amenities in the hotel.”

Outdated room. Bed was not a Queen size. Shower didn’t work properly

Clean room but could use a fresh coat of paint. Beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have breakfast included but lots of options around.

Perfect location for getting into Montreal. Very comfortable beds.

Stayed 1 night with my kid for a sports competition the following day. Above par on expectations.

All good except had to turn tv on/off manually. Controls didn't work properly for that function.

The room was clean. We enjoyed dinner in the pub after 10 hours of travelling. No carpet in the room which to me is always a positive.

There was no breakfast and fridge was not stocked.

Yes the front desk was very polite room was big bed was super nice slept well no noise felt at home. Good job will stay there again this was my second e there
