We had a three o'clock check in.We got there at eleven o'clock.They told us to sit down and wait.We checked in online from our phone.Then, we went to see a person who told us that at three o'clock, we have to line up somewhere.They didn't speak english.So there was a little problem at three o'clock.It was like a long line at TSA.Fifty people waiting on one line to get envelope.That tells you what room you're in,I don't know why they could not have given us our room # , so we didn't have to wait on a long line. That gave us a negative feeling all day. Food was excellent,,service at pool was great, the photos makes the pools look so much larger than they are but still the adult pool was great with a swim up bar and staff when saw us with a half empty beer always got us another one. Would i stay there again. Yes but check on WAS THE WORST.. Next time I will arrive at 3:15 when the lines end.Also they do need more night time activities to do ,,,

A Dream Getaway at Ocean Palace Resort! I can't say enough amazing things about our stay at Ocean Palace Resort in Natal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the stunning Via Costeira with direct access to the beach and minutes from Ponta Negra. The resort itself is gorgeous, with beautifully maintained pools, lush tropical landscaping, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the ocean—waking up to that sunrise every morning was pure magic. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served fresh every day. One of the highlights of our trip was getting our photos taken with Viva Photos—they were incredible! The team was professional, creative, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and are now some of our favorite keepsakes from the trip. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, or explore the vibrant culture of Natal, Ocean Palace is the perfect base. This place exceeded all expectations—we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable escape in Brazil!

Quarto antigo. Ar condicionado não esfriava o quarto. Comida servida MUITO ruim. Destaques positivos são atendimento e serviço do bar. O resto não espere um padrão 5 estrelas que não é.

Staff was very attentive and polite. The property itself is beautiful. Right on the beach with amazing views. Everything is close enough for a Uber ride. Will definitely visit this place again and again...👍👍

Ocean Palace Beach Resort & Bungalows is situated in a beautiful location, with lovely views over Ponta Negra. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly

Everything was ok but at the hotel so few people speak in English! It’s a problem because also when you are at restaurant waiters don’t speak English. The facility are ok . The hotel has a good beach and good piscinas!

Good stop over spot - Hotel’s a bit aged so I wouldn’t stay there for long. The buggy tours are amazing so worth doing if you are there.

Great hotel being battered by the constant wind. They work hard to keep it looking good. Staff great. Breakfast chaos and noisy.wifi patchy and slow in rooms.

No wifi, massive amounts of black mold throughout the hotel, and the rooms are quite outdated.

Hotel muito bom, praia excelente, equipe muito prestativa e boas bebidas. Achamos a alimentação um pouco simples, e por ser all inclusive as vezes não tínhamos muitas opções fora o jantar principalmente, por essa razão achamos um pouco fraco perto de vários que já nos hospedamos.. Os petiscos na sua grande maioria eram frituras, e isso foi ruim para minha família que tem uma alimentação mais balanciada. No mais, gostamos de tudo.

O hotel em si é maravilhoso, no entanto, os horários relativos a alguns bares e ao local dos jogos fecha muito cedo

Funcionários prestativos, ótimo comida e ótimo custo benefício.

Check in caótico, falta de informações, e quando recebidas, desencontradas. Quarto necessitando de pintura e modernização. Cardápio e atendimento nos restaurantes sofríveis (qualidade das comidas e das atenção dos garçons muito baixas). Há necessidade de funcionários dedicados à recepção dos hospedes na chegada, orientando onde ir, onde estacionar o carro, onde deixar a bagagem ( simplesmente falaram para deixar em qualquer lugar na recepção, não indicaram onde estacionar o carro, informaram que receberia um WhatsApp quando o quarto estivesse pronto as 15:00, e não houve mensagem e depois as 15:30 disseram que precisaria entrar numa fila para se ter informação sobre o quarto e o mesmo já estava liberado/ as refeições são servidas com baixa qualidade ( tipo batelada) , a experiência do jantar japonês foi péssima com carne servida fora do ponto solicitado / as qualidades dos vinhos são muito negativas)/ as paredes do quarto estão sujas e carecem de pintura, bem como o banheiro. Além disso, há excesso de formigas no quarto

Experiência incrível foram poucos dias nao deu para usufruir todas as Experiências mas voltarei com certeza
