My Points

I had dinner at the hotel, which was great, and the room was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Located closed from Frankston beach, shopping center (Mall), restaurant and coffee shop in lobby was  great, Frankston train station just walking 5 minute. SKY bus drop/pick up in front this hotel. Spacious apartment room and clean.
