we had an excellent stay. Definitely worth the money, food was the best we have ever had in any hotel/resort, very family- friendly with very good waterslides, rooms are extremely clean. Amazing hotel overall.

Lovely hotel, excellent food and friendly staff

We stayed at Alex Beach Hotel & Bungalows in Rhodes and overall had a really pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything tidy throughout our stay. The staff really stood out. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made an effort to make the stay smooth. The bar and all-inclusive setup were decent. Drinks were good enough for a relaxed holiday, and there was always something available, although it was more casual than premium. Food and drinks are generally considered good for the price, not luxury, but satisfying. It is definitely a family-friendly place. There are pools, activities, and a lively atmosphere with kids around, so it works well if you are travelling with family. Overall, it is a solid value-for-money option. Not luxury, but clean, friendly, and easygoing, especially if you want a relaxed, family-oriented beach holiday.

Loved it everything you need in one place two pools, restaurant's, beach and Sun. Shop on site and across the road. Very relaxing. Bus to Rhodes old town 30-60 depending on the time. Trips across the road to lindos and other places or hire a car. Lovely beach I've stayed locally 4 times. Family friendly. Lovely helpful staff. Good food and drinks something for everyone. Room and bathroom spacious. The hotel is catered for German speaking people although we didn't have any problems staff all speak English too. Nice little park for small children. Right on the beach so can go to and from there and they pool. Wish I had stayed more than a week.

Air conditioning was not available during our stay, the unit was not even operable in fan only mode. Apparently it is not turned on until June 1st. Washroom also had no ventilation, so the room was both hot and humid and sometimes smelled from the plumbing. The only avaliable solution when we asked was a rotating desk fan and to keep our door open while we were in, which let in a lot of bugs. The lack of air conditioning this season was not advertised and made our stay very uncomfortable. The food on the property was very good and staff were kind and helpful. Location is near a bus route that will take you downtown and Rodos Excursions a few blocks away offers good and fairly priced excursions.

Great stay, rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff absolutely amazing and friendly. Because of our early flight, they laid on an assorted bread and sweets for us. Definitely coming back.

Very compact and welcoming hotel with limited amenities. Rooms are ok but need improvement. Food was ok but only ok. We’ll look any other places close to downtown next time.

Great hotel for families, perfect vacation - highly recommended!

Our stay at Alex Beach Hotel was fantastic. The hotel offers good facilities, nice swimming pools, and good free entertainment on some nights (DJ, greek dancing and latin shows were great fun and interactive). Our double room with a kids' bed was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beachside location and free beach towels were added perks. The food variety was good - far more than I expected and plentiful. Good pasta and pizza options for the children. My 4-year-old also daughter loved the ice cream choices at dinner and around the pool. Though sunbeds were limited, securing one before breakfast was easy. The hotel's location, less then a 10 minute taxi from the airport, was super convenient. The noise from planes never bothered us. I've been to all-inclusive resorts in the past and paid significantly more for lower quality. We didn't use the kids club, but my daughter loved the kids' disco, even though it was primarily in German – it's mostly dancing, so language didn't matter. What truly stands out about this hotel is the exceptional staff. From the bar staff by the pool to the restaurant and lunchtime servers, as well as the reception desk and cleaners, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mattina in the restaurant and Panagoitis Panos, who took great care of us every day. The staff were always on hand, diligently cleaning and refreshing communal areas constantly. Also recommend renting a car from the reception desk to explore the island.

Everything was just perfect

This is an all inclusive hotel catering to German guests. The food is good, the drinks are not. There is extremely loud music at the main pool each morning. The rooms are lovely. It is not a peaceful place, it’s very loud with lots of children and group activities going on in the pool. The hotel is close to a large power station which you can see and hear and smell. There is also regular airplane noise as it is very close to the airport.

The hotel is super nice, the pools looked large and had cool stuff for kids. The service by the people is friendly. The beach is splittedbin a sandy part where the beach beds are and rought stone where you enter the sea. I would highly propose to take shoes to go into the sea. The food is good for an all inclusive hotel. But outside of the hotel you get real greek food at a much higher quality. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the airport (10min away), from the beach you have a superb view for the sunset and it‘s close to the surf and kitesurf stations.

Great place only animation for children in the evening did not fulfiilll my expectation but its independent thing related to travel agent tui

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights couple with child three-year-old, we were all day in the pool and my child love to roll over the slides. all day drinks, ice crime and pizza :)

Hotel is very nice, approx 10 mins from the airport. Facilities excellent, food choice was great and to a very high standard, excellent swimming pools and private beach area. Staff very friendly. Mainly German visits at this hotel. Overall a super week, would definitely go back.

A fantastic hotel with great facilities, location and staff. The hotel was situated near a small number of quite bars and restuarants and well serviced by shops. Frustrating lack of available sunbeds or should I say were made unavailable by towels!
