It was just a place to stay. The room had five beds in it. It was hot in the room, so we opened the windows, but people were talking outside at the cafe until Midnight, so it was hard to sleep. No elevator for family rooms and it was a huge hassle to carry a family's luggage all the way up. Nothing fancy. Outdated room for sure.

The beds were very soft which I liked

We stayed here for 2 nights while we visited Efteling - it was the perfect location for this! The breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal we had in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were lovely and brilliant with the children. The family room was spacious and comfortable, it could have done with a kettle and hairdryer, but otherwise good. The only issue we had was the noise - some from other guests but mostly from doors banging late into the night and early in the morning. Overall a great stay, but we feel the hotel would benefit from some soft-closing doors!

The standard room was quite small but very clean. Staff excellent. Especially in the breakfast room. Next time i will book a comfort room.

I enjoyed the hotel location. Although room was a bit dated, it was a good size and fair value for money. Only feedback is I would recommend them having a kettle in the room as felt that was missing. There was a lovely female member of staff at breakfast time with blonde hair who was exceptionally friendly and lovely who was a real credit to the hotel.

Not good for families with young children. No fridge neither microwave.

I was charged for breakfast and city tax was higher also the room was not accessible via lifts. Please phone before attending

Hotel is close to shops. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Loved the under floor heating. Just really missed having a kettle for morning tea.

Stayed for one night whilst going to the football match as part of a longer trip. Hotel is in a good location staff were friendly, room was clean so no complaints

We loved our stay. Everything was great. The only missing point is there in no kettle or tea in the room.

We stopped off here as a night before Efteling stay. Room, particularly bathroom is very dated with very soft beds but was fine for what we needed.

This was disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The place was very dated and although the rooms were a good size. It felt very drab and depressing. There were no tea/coffee making facilties, no fridge, no hairdryers, no air con. The TV was very small for the size of the room.

Where do we start.. this hotel is awful. This should be regraded as it’s clearly not 4 Stars. The room was dirty, dead flies and bugs, clearly not clean & not accessible by lift. The room was located by a fire escape, it seems those rooms are rarely used. Hotel is very dated. We stayed there for a total of 12 minutes and that was more than enough time. We took our kids and left. Beware!!! This hotel will make you never want to visit the Netherlands again!!!

This is a hotel very close (less then 10 minutes drive) to the Efteling park, that’s why we chose it. We had a family room of four. The room and the bathroom were spacious, however the furniture and overall look and feel was very old and outdated; there was no soap, shampoo or any other toiletries in the bathroom, no kettle in the room. The breakfast was ok, without any variety, the staff were friendly, however since the hotel and especially the restaurant were apparently out-staffed, the service was very slow.

Family room for 5. Very dated including beige/brown bathroom suite. Air con unit but poor access to sockets and a hose that doesn't stay in (ripped and tatty). Breakfasts unaffordable for family of 4 at 17.50 each, so didnt have. Their is an Albert Heijn a short drive away so go there for pastries. Tiny vending machine and a pool table you cant have the balls for in the evening as its 'close to rooms'. Didnt see any nearby. Ripoff prices as it is close to Efteling and take families for granted. Nothing like the photos on expedia.

Room was good size but felt dated and in need of modernisation. Communal areas were nice and felt more up to date. Breakfast was good with wide selection

Really nice experience.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this comfy hotel. My only real complaint was the parking lot stayed full so we had to get creative to avoid walking over a block from the alternative free parking. Otherwise, this hotel was fine for a night.
