The staff is very enthusiastic, the hotel location is good, but can't bring back the old, dark, dusty room space that smells like a karaoke room 🥲, a bit simple, the TV can't watch YouTube, only suitable if you want to play in the central area, rarely stay in the room, and don't care too much about the room

Great to come to Hanoi in the fall and stay at this hotel

When you arrived, you’ll be shocked at the indoor fish pool at the lobby. You have to be careful walking around the decks on top of the pool. But it shows how good the hotel takes care of interior design, it’s promised gimmicks, and maintenance. Staff was the friendliest ever, shown the map and attractions around, give Hanoi tips, and handled everything with heart. In the evening they left chocolates on our door. Room was big, well-designed, and comfortable. Photo included. Hotel also can help you book tour, airport trans and travels (although much cheaper in Traveloka). Location, close to many restos like bun cha dac kim, and very walkable to main old quarter area. Breakfast is on the good side compared to other hotels. It was a great stay.

The hotel is located on Hang Trong Street, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and popular dining places. My family arrived in Hanoi during the northeast monsoon season, the cold weather was very romantic walking around the lake. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, my room was quite comfortable, quiet and clean. I only found the breakfast menu a bit limited, otherwise everything was fine and the price was quite good in the area.

The hotel has a super beautiful lobby view, it's so captivating, the receptionists and service staff are extremely attentive, enthusiastic, friendly and cute.

Hotel is ok for the price, food is not wow enough for me and room is a bit smaller than imagined

The hotel is located in the center, convenient for walking, convenient for eating and drinking around, clean, tidy and fragrant rooms. Next time I come to Hanoi, I will come here again.

The hotel is really good if you want to stay close to the Old Quarter, but the breakfast options is not so good

The bellman and reception staff are very attentive and friendly to guests, providing a great experience.

My experience was great. The hotel and the service [were] very good. I couldn't catch my breakfast in the morning because [of] my flight and [I was] asking [if] could they prepare [a] simple sandwich for me? They said YES. And... Yeayy. Thanks for the delicious sandwich!

Hotel yang agak kecil dengan lokasi yang bagus dan pelayanan yang baik. Waktu pertama datang juga diberikan informasi mengenai bagaimana survival di Hanoi untuk pengunjung yang datang pertama kali, which is helpful 🫠.

Really nice and helpful staff and great service! I do appreciate their simple gestures, such as giving complimentary chocolate coin hung with cute notes on the door knob every day, serving drinks every time we are waiting for our grab/taxi in the lobby, telling us some tips/tricks and recommended places, even they gave us a bag of snacks after checking out before leaving the hotel :) The room is clean, the water heater works perfectly, and they have toilet bidet spray. I wish that their breakfast will be more varied, such as having chicken, fish, and beef for savoury meals instead of all pork for the three savoury meals. As a moslem, I couldn't eat their savoury buffet meals due to this issue. But I love their pho! As an Asian myself, their beef pho is much tastier with stronger flavor than certain famous touristy pho near our hotel. As there are many cheaper hotels in this area yet suspicious and scammy, I do recommend this hotel for first time travelers. Will definitely book this hotel again if someday I come back to Hanoi :)
