Complete facilities and clean hotel... only the bed is not good enough for a 4 star hotel

The hotel is easily accessible, the rooms are spacious, the TV is old, the AC is cold, the breakfast is not bad, next to the lobby there is a restaurant with a varied menu, the hotel is a bit old but it's okay for that price.

The hotel is located close to the city center and is surrounded by malls, supermarkets and places to eat nearby so you can walk.

The stay was great, but for some unknown reasons, my room did not get cleaned on our last night. I complained to the front office and it was sorted out pretty quickly but only to a minimum service such as the trash bins were emptied, shampoo/soap were added (which we didn't actually need). Other than that it was not possible to do because 'all the cleaning staff had left'. Had this not occurred, it would have been a perfect stay, but I would recommend staying in this hotel. PS: Don't miss out on their airport transfer, very good and very helpful indeed 👍🏻.

The lighting in the room is not bright, maybe affected by the room color, it's gloomy. Please check the bathroom door because it was locked from the inside, and we asked someone to open it. The ironing board is bad, breakfast is delicious and has lots of choices.

Very happy to stay at the Badi'ah Hotel, we stayed 2 nights, the receptionist and staff were friendly and fast, check-in was fast, service was fast, because there were three of us with children, we got extra beds, rooms were clean, spacious, food was varied. Nice. Only unfortunately the 2nd day after the room was cleaned got 1 bad towel, some parts of the towel were about to be torn. I'm really surprised the hotel is almost perfect. But still too much 1 bad towel. Luckily the towels were clean. So yeah, let's just have fun. Oh yeah, I'd rather the elevator from the room could go straight to the basement parking lot, we could quickly go to our room without going through the lobby again. Thanks Hotel Badi'ah. If we go to Brunei we will definitely stay there again.

We got assisted by Mr. Darren, he's very great and responsive. We got airport transfer both arrive & depart, you can contact the hotel through email and staff will be replied to you. They will offer you the tour as well. The room spacious, clean, neat, the breakfast also yummy ❤️. The location somewhat far from airport but worry not because of no jam thus the distance looked near. There is a supermarket behind the hotel and just 3 mins walk there is the one mall with food court in it, on top of that there also have beauty store, snacks, supermarket as well.

Nice hotel, neqr a lot of plaza and restaurant, and have free ride service to airport.
