Clean, comfortable hotel, in front of Kuta Beach, breakfast menu is quite extensive.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel is strategic because it is in the city center near the hustle and bustle of Kuta Beach.

This hotel's location is indeed very strategic, right in front of Kuta Beach. The staff is also friendly, and the swimming pool and dining area have a beach view. The cleanliness is also quite good, and we were impressed by how the cleaning staff neatly arranged the towels and stuffed toys the kids brought. However, the room did feel stuffy, and our room was far from the front office, down a long, winding hallway. Breakfast was also mediocre, but the staff were very friendly. Most disappointingly, when we were about to leave, our car tire went completely flat. There were nails stuck in the basement parking lot. We called a tire repair service (via Google), but strangely, no leak was found. We checked the nitrogen outlet at the gas station, and there was no leak. The cause of the flat tire remains a big question. But the bottom line is that parking security is very poor.

I used to stay here often because it was relatively close to Kuta Beach. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. But now, the breakfast is limited and the taste is not very good. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is now very concerning. Please pay attention to the staff service. When I asked for room cleaning, it took a very long time, and the staff wouldn't help, instead telling me to go back and report to the front desk.

An old hotel that is still well maintained. The hotel is opposite Kuta Beach. Got a room with a pillar in the middle of the room.

Very enjoyable. It's close to everything, the food at the restaurant is delicious.

Awesome super fun

Even though the location is really good, the employees are actually friendly, but the room is not so good, 2 days staying there the first night there was the sound of someone drilling and hammering from above the room. The next day I requested to move but it turned out that my friend booked at the same hotel so I tried it in his room, the AC was leaking and smelled like sewage. Moved to another room, suddenly there were cockroaches on the wall 😭😑. Even though the location is really good, it's easy to go anywhere, the employees are also good but the facilities are really lacking.

Got a room on another floor, like the basement, but it turned out that the hotel had 2 different managements on the upper floor. I was disappointed because there were no details or explanations when booking that if you book a room on the upper floor, which management should you go to.

The hotel is clean, tidy and fragrant. Spacious rooms. Complete facilities. Easy access to everywhere. If you want to go to the beach, just cross the road.

The room is spacious, there is a wardrobe and a refrigerator in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit narrow and there is only 1 towel hanger. So you can't bring clothes into the bathroom to change clothes at the same time.
