The hotel is strategically located. It directly faces Kuta Beach. It's easy to get anywhere, whether it's restaurants or shopping at the mall. The hotel area is clean too, in front of the lobby there is live music, when you have breakfast on the top floor you can also look at the sea because it is right in front of Kuta beach and if you want to go to the Beachwalk mall, it's also close by, just walk around, there are lots of food and marts, it's really delicious really and easy to go anywhere.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time. It's clean, but it was a shame it rained yesterday, so we couldn't see Kuta Beach from the rooftop.

If you want to ask for extra towels/blankets you have to pay for an extra bed, this is definitely extortion. The hotel rooms are only in the basement, maybe part of the hotel has been sold, the walls of the rooms are made of GRC, the noise from other rooms is very loud, the TV is broken, only has Trans TV channels, and even then the screen is shaking, I ordered 2 deluxe rooms, one has a refrigerator and the other doesn't, the room sizes are also different.

The location is strategic if you want to go to the beach. Just cross the street and walk for 5 minutes to the mall. There are minimarkets on both sides, and there's a cafe in front of the hotel. But if you're coming home during the curfew, the traffic is terrible, and it takes a long time to get to the hotel. The service is quite satisfactory. One suggestion is to have some bright and some dim lights in the rooms. Don't make everything dim, as it feels dim.

My first stay here was very comfortable. Access to Kuta Beach is easy, just a short walk across the street. The swimming pool directly overlooks the beach. The food is also extensive and delicious. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay here again next semester.
