The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were good for a short stay. Upon entering the hotel, the atmosphere was quite pleasant, but there were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the table. However, it was comfortable to sleep in, and I slept soundly. Please improve the cleanliness.

We have to order food or drinks to be able to watch the live music at the Kutabex Restaurant. We have already complained to the hotel management, but no solution has been provided. This means there are no privileges for hotel guests.
