The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time. It's clean, but it was a shame it rained yesterday, so we couldn't see Kuta Beach from the rooftop.

If you want to ask for extra towels/blankets you have to pay for an extra bed, this is definitely extortion. The hotel rooms are only in the basement, maybe part of the hotel has been sold, the walls of the rooms are made of GRC, the noise from other rooms is very loud, the TV is broken, only has Trans TV channels, and even then the screen is shaking, I ordered 2 deluxe rooms, one has a refrigerator and the other doesn't, the room sizes are also different.
