No electricity when I woke up in the morning, had to call the front desk for room transfer to a lower floor. The hotel's genset was insufficient to cover all rooms. The staff was friendly and helped me move to another room, but management should have prepared better in anticipation.

Had a free upgrade during my stay. Although the room was super spacious, we didn't feel safe as the standing bathing area has a side window with top area exposed. There was a construction building nearby that could see thru. The WiFi was bad as it wasn't working despite highlighting to the Hotel. The location is the best as its 2mins walk to train and underground shopping/food.

We booked for 2 twin rooms but we're given 2 different room sizes. One of the room had bad faulty toilet facilities. Due to the festive season, my family didnt make a fuss to change. Location was excellent as just 2 mins walk to nearest train station and underground shopping and loads of food choices. The hotel has a new Michelin dim sum restaurant and the food is definitely worth visiting.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was super central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The staffs are very nice and polite. This was our second stay. Love the view from our room (corner room) and the big bath tub. There are construction at another side, so they provided earplugs in our room but the noise didn't bother us.
