Not a typical hotel, better than expected, convenient location to University Hospital

Didn’t like the air conditioner. Had to keep turning it on before it finally stayed on. The washroom looks public. My guest couldn’t use

The owl nest was a nice touch but the entrance is super hard to find. But for the most part, my broken window and my service dog was not a problem!

It's an easy walk to University Hospital and affordable however the property is really rundown. Dirty carpets, old furniture, paint peeling, and lumpy bed. If price and location are your top priorities then it's worth booking.

The grounds are large and beautiful Like a large park

It needs upgrading for the cost. Clean rugs need small frig Small micro wave and small coffee perk T.V, hardly worked

Location was handy for visiting at the hospital. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was perfect. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, was happy to have a clean and comfy bed.

Great budget friendly place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice staff. There's a kitchen to make some simple meals (hot plate, fridge, toaster oven, microwave) free coffee/tea to make. Nice lounge to hang out in if you like and rooms have a shared balcony. Towels provided. Common bathrooms kept very clean! Conveniently located near a mall & restaurants.

It was close to the hospital which is why I needed it.

Beautiful building

It was very basic accommodations and the mattress was hard. The sheets were clean.

Some of the furniture may be on the shabby side but everything is very clean. We had a family suite which was perfect for the 4 of us. It was nice having a kitchenette even though we only used the fridge. This was our 2nd stay at The Guest House and both times it was very quiet. Note: no breakfast nor coffee available on site

Very unique hotel , reasonable rates ,very clean , great and friendly staff . Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a short or longer stay . Right in the University area
