Great budget friendly place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice staff. There's a kitchen to make some simple meals (hot plate, fridge, toaster oven, microwave) free coffee/tea to make. Nice lounge to hang out in if you like and rooms have a shared balcony. Towels provided. Common bathrooms kept very clean! Conveniently located near a mall & restaurants.

It's an easy walk to University Hospital and affordable however the property is really rundown. Dirty carpets, old furniture, paint peeling, and lumpy bed. If price and location are your top priorities then it's worth booking.

Some of the furniture may be on the shabby side but everything is very clean. We had a family suite which was perfect for the 4 of us. It was nice having a kitchenette even though we only used the fridge. This was our 2nd stay at The Guest House and both times it was very quiet. Note: no breakfast nor coffee available on site

Needed a room close to the hospital for an unexpected overnight stay. After reading the reviews decided to book. The rooms are clean but could use some attention. Since I was traveling alone I would have been more comfortable with a latch or extra lock on the door since it is locked/unlocked with a key. Bed was comfortable and fresh nice towels in the bathroom.
