Room was nice, and very clean. bed was very soft, all staff were kind and quick to help. Check in and out was easy and for the price point right near Toronto it's hard to beat

A great place to stay !!

Mediocre at best. Some of the staff was a bit on the rude side. The thermostat in the room was fake and you had to use one of those loud 90s style ac units. If the bed was king sized as booked then every other hotel I have stayed in must used California Kings. No complimentary breakfast like most in this price range. The pool and hot tub were great...but could use a re-tileing. You need your room key to use the elevator...which is great for safety, but annoying for practicality. Free parking was good, not great tv...no access to streaming services. Very loud when people went by the door. Some cheaper quality items like the ice bucket...which doesn't matter but was noticed. Overall it was just okay...nothing exceptional but also not horrible. Probably won't be returning as there are better options in a similar price range.

I checked out early. Front desk staff told me to contact expedia for the refund. Expedia told me the hotel staff never checked me out and the room is still under my name 3 days after i left. They created a case and i am still waiting for my refund. Staff needs training

Hotel was very clean, staff very helpful. Rooms were nice, very clean. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely book again.

I stayed one night for my birthday. I like the accommodations and service. I love that the restaurants are attached to the hotel. The room was spacious and nice. I would recommend.

Stayed here during a business trip and it worked very well for my needs. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great. My room faced the highway, so I did hear traffic at times, but overall the room was quiet and very clean. This is not a 5-star resort, but it was comfortable, convenient, and exactly what I needed for a work stay. Having Denny’s and CHOP in the same building was a nice bonus. Big shoutout to Jason from maintenance. He fixed the shower in the pool room and truly went above and beyond. He is a fantastic Sandman ambassador.

Very clean property in an area with lots of amenities.

The room was clean, but being so close to the highway, you could hear all the cars go by (we did get used to it). The mattresses could definitely use an update as ours was extremely uncomfortable and lopsided. I woke up so sore after a poor night of sleep. The temperature was set to 25° in the room and we were unable to to lower this or change the temperature at all, but this wasn't a make of or break for us. The pool was refreshing, and the space very clean, however, one of the kids cut their foot on the stairs in the hot tub.
