The staff at check in was very friendly. The room was very clean.

There was a long line to check in and I wasn’t able to do it online either through the Marriott app. Finally, when we got to the front they said there were no clean rooms. It took them another 15-20 minutes to clean the room. When we got in the room there were no towels. We wasted at least 35-45 minutes on something that should have taken 2-3 minutes.

Friendly staff

The breakfast buffet is great with a lot of options, fresh and tasty. The staff speaks English very well and are thoughtful. Being connected to the hospital next door is a plus. The roof terrace with exercise room is very nice.

The management staff is the weak link for this establishment. Not at all concerned with customer service. We stayed there a total of four weeks and couldn’t wait to leave due to the problems that we had and managements unwillingness to fix them

Pool always closed. Sauna out of order. WiFi slow.

Excellent location and staff

The property is immediately annexed to the Galenia Hospital where we went for our annual checkups and so it's extremely convenient to stay there, as a corridor leads straight from the lobby to the hospital. The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby. The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning.

Expedía and the hotel refused to refund me for early check out despite not providing the room I had originally booked (with balcony) and having to les e due to a very limited room service

A Great Location to get AWAY$$!!!

The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was quite good and staff were very accommodating. Not a walkable area but Uber is cheap. All in all, a pleasant stay

Over priced for poor maintenance. I've been there 5 times and its slowly getting worse and worse.

My friend and I stayed for three nights. One of the beds had soiled sheets two nights. We reported it and they were changed. Upon checking out we were told we will be charged $2,000 MXP for the change of sheets. And they will charge it even if we do not authorize it because they have the CC information.

The staff is fabulous, everything very clean. The restaurant is tops, we ate there every night for almost 2 weeks. The area is very good for medical appointments, being reached without going outside. Very nice workout room, and pool. Ammenities are very good. Our only complaint is the sink and shower faucets and drains do not work well. They need attention

We enjoy staying here. Clean, nice bathroom with large shower. Not happy with towels in the bathroom this time, they were small, thread baren, and the cleaning lady repeatedly only left one bath towel and one hand towel, but my husband and I were in the room together for 3 days. The pool towels are nice. The food at the restaurant and around pool is delicious
